We love this place! Nice large rooms, great hot shower, on the River plus an excellent bar with small bites. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Rooms were cleaned every day with bottles of water without charge! This is our third year staying here and we always have a great time.

My Expedia told me total was 570. I was charged 670 upon reaching the hotel. $16 a day parking. On top of that the filter for water was red for no good and the ice machine didnā€™t work. Hotel isnā€™t bad but has its downfalls.

The hotel was in an amazing location. Our room had a view looking over the Saint Johns river and downtown Jacksonville. The on-site restaurants were great with excellent food and staff. The hotel had many convenient restaurants and sites to see within walking distance from the hotel - or a short drive away. However, housekeeping services was limited on Thanksgiving. And, the kitchen area in our room had german cockroaches! GROSS!

Our booking through Hotels.com was for two rooms but hotel was only sent one room. After showing the confirmation and reservation showing 4 people, two rooms, the hotel was quick to create a reservation for the other couple, same rate as originally booked. All staff were super sweet, kind and professional. The room was great but floors didnt look like they were vacuumed ans little pieces of chips were found upon entry. Not a big deal but worth mentioning.
