Great Hotel, but Parking not so great
The hotel and location are great. I did not like there was valet parking only at $30 per day, but if you were parking for beach usage you paid $15 per day. I don't think it's fair for hotels to charge their guests for parking. If you want to use the valet, by all means, do so, but tip them handsomely. This should be an option, not a part of the hotel experience.

I went for one night just to be able to wake up to the beach and man the view was beautiful. The wings at the restaurant were AMAZING , the drinks were amazing & every staff member I encountered throughout the property was very friendly. The breakfast was great as well. I will definitely be staying again!

Everything was excellent.. Vallet parking was so convenient the guys was excellent doing the parking outstanding job at check out on labor day Monday morning it was only one guy but he did a outstanding job with moving them cars and multitasking and keeping a positive attitude it was soooo many people at check out too. But only thing I would request from the hotel is to get more luggage carts being that is a busy hotel

Room was very clean. Excellent breakfast buffet Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Will stay there again on my next visit to Jax Beach. Ideal location and exquisite views. My guest enjoyed the patio, drinks and views. Was an excellent getaway
