Showerhead did not work properly. It was leaking towels were dirty people in the other room almost put a hole through our wall arguing Hispanic people of course. Management do a damn thing for anybody. Would never stay there again

The gentlemen who checked us in, and came to the room the look at the TV that was not working (which prompted a move to a different room) was very friendly and helpful. The lack of available breakfast items was disappointing.

I was terrified of staying here. I did not feel safe at all. I wanted to forfit my $100 but my husband said we would be fine. Which we were, but I would not stay here alone or with my children ever!!!

Chain lock was missing. Only way to lock door was deadbolt. I felt safe only because I had my dogs with me. Bathroom door would not close completely. Chair was missing 2 wheels. TV Remote would not work. Manager did come down and replace it. Online it said two dogs available. At counter was told only one, but did allow both to stay.

Worst trip ever
The hotel front desk, barely speaks any English. They donā€™t offer you no help rooms need to be updated door jams was broken. Paint missing saints chip needs a lot more maintenance. No hot breakfast as advertise. I did not even stay my full day. I checked out because of the reason of all the activity going on at the hotel with other guest Was one of my worst trips ever

No accommodations for people with rolling walker. The shower handle was almost impossible to turn on. The faucet in the bathtub leaked because we did not have the strength to turn it completely off. The floor left your socks dirty (I mean black). I don't know if it ws the carpet or the tile. There was tear in the carpet that could trip you.
