Nice hotel and very clean. Pool was out of order until we checked out. No information about Wifi, Pool or housekeeping. No housekeeping unless u request towels. When we requested towels, we were asked “when did u check-in?”. Only given bath towels and hand towels, no wash cloths. They seem to treat all guests as if they are “extended stay”, not regular hotel guests.

Customer service goes a long way.
The hotel itself was nice, centrally located but in a quiet area. Check-in was easy and the clerk was very friendly and informative (Charles?). He even provided suggestions on shops when we asked. Very nice!! However, it was opposite at check-out. That clerk gave the impression that my request to get a receipt was a bother, she was short when she stated it would be emailed. When I requested a hard copy she “huffed” at the action and request as though it were an unreasonable request. Her behaviors were so apparent, that a housekeeper (or other staff employee) apologized and wished me a good day when I left.
