I didn’t like that we had to pay additional fees to exchange linens and towels and wash cloths. Nor did it state that there are permanent tenants living there. I was under the impression that there would be dishes, pots and pans etc. because it was an extended stay property. Housekeeping never visited my room the entire 9 days I was there. There was a stench of reused water to mop the floors. I had to call the front desk four different nights due to noise from other guests. This is definitely NOT a vacation hotel. I would not stay at the WoodSpring suites ever again!!!

Property was clean and modern, unfortunately other guests made it feel it average, mostly the longer stays. Loud noises going on, weed smell and loud banging of doors very late at night. Front desk experience was average as well, just take your key and go..
