Staff needs to be extremely educated on how to be respectful even if they feel the guest is uneducated in the rules of the establishment. If you are not going to refund unused paid in full nights. There were multiple hairs (noticeably from multiple people) on the bed sheets, and all of the towels. The floor mat was the cleanest linen in the room. If cleanliness was improved, then the booking price would be much more justifiable.
