I walked in and was forced to sign a piece of paper stating that the any late night guests were an extra $50 charge. It gave me such a gross vibe like they were taxing prostitution. The place is gray all around, the lobby smelled gross, and the hallways were dimly lit. I was in my room for 20 minutes before deciding to walk out on my reservation and decided to stay in Manuel Antonio last minute…. I lost the money o paid but it was worth it to get out of that place.

The Crocs Casino Resort is Absolutely AMAZING. I love the staff. Everyone was so friendly and nice. The energy in this place is excellent. I highly recommend Crocs as THE place to stay when you’re in Costa Rica. Thank you to the entire staff for making my staff Super-Dee-Duper. And remember, Barney Loves You!!!

Croc of Confusion hotel

The hotel did not clarify if it was adult or family focused for Costa Rica. They had a casino but didn’t have an easy policy for adult fun? Also, the staff didn’t speak English as well as they should have if they wanted to promote American tourism.
