Not too pleased with my recent stay!
The location is great if u need to be in a Mall but thats about it.
On my recent stay, we experienced problems around the upkeep of maintenance & allergen safety.
1. The bed types are very limited, only SMALL DOUBLE or twin. It is really hard to sleep with a small toddler in a small double bed. It needs to be at least a normal sized double bed, not a smaller version of double bed.
2. Got scratched skin / surface damage tear across the right side of my face due to the sharp edge of shower head. I've shown the damage / mark to the receptionist on the same day. Manager on Duty is currently dealing with it after confirming the sharp edge was present. It has been almost 3 weeks & still havent received any confirmed action to solve this. Management need to speed up their efficiency. Not pleased so far, still being kept waiting. Pls get better at respecting your customer time.
3. Peanuts butter need to be closely monitor as it's dangerous for people with severe nut allergy. At times I understand it's difficult to police this but it's a matter of life & death for some people therefore restaurant staff need to be educated more, to take swift action when peanut butter had contaminated other items /knives nearby. It happened many days during my 9 days stay where I had to alert the staff to remove the contaminated knives around peanut butter jar.
