Would have been very good, if i was given a non smoking room as booked in advance. Reasons provided was no other non smoking room available, when was available during booking and payment made.

Great stay and friendly staff
Comfortable hotel at reasonabke rate. Opposite Pasaraya shopping mall known for it's great local food court at the basement and traditional handicrafts. Perfect central location for business travellers and also ample gym equipment. Not too suitable for family as there isn't much to offer kids.

Nice Hotel located slightly out the City Center
Hotel is located outside the city Center make sure get a room at the back of the hotel as it is located on a main road can be noisy . The facilities are good pool adequate gym local shopping Center Blok M has great local food taxi are on stand by the bed is comfortable and the pillows are great good cable channels . Breakfast is local food mainly you can get eggs omelettes toast tasty friend rice. Staff are great I was in a room the was noisy traffic and other guests were loud at night I told the staff in the middle of the night the upgraded my room place in a very quite room . The rates are good for the hotel the main shoppings are not too far away either if you leave early .
