Trato indiferente al huésped. Poca limpieza
El viaje es riesgoso porque ciertos conductores no respetan límites de velocidad y la carretera es de muchas curvas. El lugar turísticamente es maravilloso y tienen buenos guias. El Hotel no tiene servicio de restaurante ni dan orientaciones de lugares para comer. No cambian las sábanas ni las fundas de las almohadas. Y no están al pendiente de servicios como el gas para el calentador de baño. No hay una persona responsable. Los chicos que están tienen un trato indiferente no tienen oficio de atención al cliente Creo que buscaré otra opción de hospedaje en mi próxima visita.

El cuarto estuvo bien, pero el baño no. Despedía un olor a caño que nunca fue arreglado. El Sr. Rodríguez siempre dio largas y excusas para no arreglarlo. El ofreció cambio de cuarto, pero nunca lo materializó. Inclusive se le ofrecio que si prestaba herramientas y material yo lo podía arreglar, pero no pasó nada. Dada esa situación hablamos con la Sra. que estaba en la administración el día 26, indicándole que dejaríamos el hotel un día antes de lo pactado, porque era muy desagradable el olor del baño, que se pasaba a la habitación y no sucedió nada. Pensamos que como ya habían cobrado el importe del hospedaje no le importó y ante esa desagradable situación lo dejamos un día antes de lo convenido, el día 27. Obviamente no hubo reembolso económico por el día que no ocupamos la habitación.

Esta centrico, la habitaciones limpias y comodas, cuenta con estacionamiento lo cual nos sirvio mucho porque tomamos un tour y nos permitieron dejar el carro ahi mas tiempo despues del check out, muy buena disposicion del personal del hotel

Llegue y no hubo servicio de TV por los días que estuve, además no tenia los artículos de baño y no estaba limpia la habitación, parece que la limpiaron 5 minutos antes de que llegará..., definitivamente buscaría otra opción de alojamiento.

Mi peor experiencia hasta el momento
La vialidad alrededor del hotel es muy estrecha y cuando se pone el tianguis es casi imposible llegar a él en coche. Mi habitación era un local de la plaza mal acondicionado como cuarto de hotel, junto a otros locales de venta de ropa interior, calzado y demás tiendas. La reja de metal que sirve como pared hacia el pasillo de la plaza tenía los empalmes de entre páneles muy abiertos y se podía ver al interior del cuarto con facilidad. El cuarto, al estar en un pasillo de plaza, tenía personas pasando y se volvía muy incómodo estar ahí. Una ventana de este cancel / pared de metal que servía de puerta hacia el pasillo le faltaba un vidrio central y éste fue reemplazado por una carpeta de papel manila, pegada con cinta diurex. El aire se colaba en exceso por todas los huecos de ese cancel, se escuchaba todo. La habitación no se parece en nada a las fotos que había en su publicación El baño olía demasiado a coladera y humedad, daba asco estar ahí o bañarse, las tuberías estaban a la vista, todas con óxido. El escusado no tenía asiento instalado, era incómodo hacer tus necesidades ahí, nada que ver con las fotos promocionales. El internet nunca funcionó, se fué el cable el poco tiempo que estuvimos en ella. Sólo dormimos una noche de las tres que había pagado, tuve que buscar otro hotel en Jalpan de Serra. Lo único a lo que le saqué provecho fue a su estacionamiento que comparte con la plaza y a su cercanía con el centro del pueblo. Si pueden eviten este hotel.

Hotel cercano a la plaza principal y a la avenida
Bueno, unicamente 1 día por la mañana no habia agua caliente, las paredes de los cuartos son muy delgadas y se escucha literalmente todo lo que hacen tus vecinos, pero las camas son comodas, muy limpio, cerca de todo, estacionamiento muy amplio. Se me hizo un poco elevado el costo, pero si regresaría
