Really good quality stay for this type of property. Booked same day at short notice and rates were still fair. Staff were friendly and helpful with a special request. Good shuttle service early morning which helped. WiFi was fast, and room was quiet. Everything I needed after a long day travelling.

The hotel was close to the airport, the rooms were nice and excellent customer services as well as rooms were quiet, I couldn’t hear the people walking pass my room talking as I was right opposite the elevator. The only two issues I had with the room is the TV would blank out for a few seconds and come back in. And lastly was the shower didn’t have a closed door or shower curtain, it had a small partition which caused water to leak all over the bathroom floor.

The staff was helpful and welcoming but the actual facilities weren't very great. One of our pillows was a bit dingy like it had oil stains from other people sleeping in it. The faucet in the bathroom was super shaky; as in if you turned it off or on too hard it might come undone. But all that being said it served it's purpose as a stop over that was close to the JFK airport with convenient shuttle transport to and from the airport for our 12 hour layover.

We chose his property for its location near the JFK airport. We were provided really good instructions on how to request the shuttle. Pick us up from the airport to take us to the airport and they were extremely prompt in picking us up. We were greeted and checked in very quickly once we arrived at the hotel. The restaurant and bar staff were very attentive. The shuttle back to the airport the next morning was on time and provided good service.
