Only downfall was we were told of free breakfast at 6 am by hotel staff and arriving at 630 still nothing but coffee available. Still waiting! Other than that would stay here again—one of cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and a very very friendly reception staff upon arrival.

I stayed at one of these hotels in Jersey and then noticed they had one in ny close to jfk and I had to try it and wow. Never disappoints. So far this is my fav hotel. So clean, food is good, service as well. Ugh can’t wait to go back

The hotel itself is fine enough, clean, and comfortable. However, the shuttle bus situation is something else. They don't run frequently enough, resulting in crowding and needless waiting for a bus. Also, not all the busses are labeled with the hotel name leading to some confusion.

The hotel is in an isolated area, but that’s my only complaint. We had more space and more amenities than expected. The staff was helpful, and the shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient.
