This is the second time for us using this hotel. The service is adequate, facility is clean. We love that its centrally located to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

I only gave the property a three because there isn't enough parking. The lot was full and I had to park in the street. If you have a big SUV or pickup turning in the full lot would be difficult. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast very good.

This was a very nice motel and we would stay here again. We stayed in three different motels on our week- long journey and this was, by far the nicest. The only problems? Both ice machines were out of order. The pool was freezing.The room was freezing when we entered it; in fact, we switched the air to heat to warm up the room a little. My friend is a very light sleeper and went down to our vehicle during the night to smoke. He was annoyed by the number of vagrants who were allowed to parade around the parking lot all night long. We didn't feel as if our vehicle was safe parked there. One of the vagrants was actually allowed to enter the motel around breakfast time to help himself to coffee.

The place was clean and very welcoming. People were playing board games in the lobby and the buffet was nicely put together. I was a female traveling alone and felt safe. Would recommend.

We were here for a family reunion. We found the staff and the breakfast staff excellent! The food selection was perfect - hot, many selections and delicious! Front desk was helpful, friendly and courteous. Definitely would book there again.

The staff was not dressed professionally at the desk and acted very casual. The man checking us in called the housekeeper over to tell him what room were ready. He had been looking at this phone and drinking a soda pop. In the morning the person who checked us out was nice enough but I told her there was dried blood on our outer bed spread she said "those are usually cleaned every-time". Ours obviously hadn't been and she didn't offer any compensation for that. Breakfast was better than expected although the eggs were stone cold. Overall the place seemed disorganized - you could see into the back part of the front office which looked messy, as was the side room near where the food was served. Just not an air of professionalism on any level.

The room and property was clean enough but desperately needs some updating. Things like a fresh coat of paint on the walls would go far. The shower was the smallest corner shower I have ever seen and you could t open the door without the water shooting out all over the bathroom floor- made it almost impossible to bathe my young children without a huge mess. Our light over the mirror in our bathroom was replaced with a temporary light and plugged into the outlet with a chord that hung over the sink- not great. The housekeeping services left a lot to be desired. You have to ask for service every day you want it- which is not what you expect at a hotel. And even one day that we requested full service, we never got it. These are frustrating issues when you are a paying customer. I appreciated the gym facilities that was nothing special but good enough for me (and never had anyone else in there) and the size of our corner room was good.
