Dont miss out on this conveniently located three bedroom holiday home! Situated in a great, central Jan Juc location, a short walk to Jan Juc (patrolled) surf beach, across the road from a local reserve and only a few minutes to local coffee shops and cafes. Convenience at your door step.

Recent renovations will ensure that you want for nothing during your coastal getaway. Now boasting two separate living areas and three bedrooms this home has more than enough space for family and friends to spread out. An impressive upstairs open plan kitchen, dining and living area, complete with combustion heater and reverse cycle air-conditioner will keep you comfortable throughout the year. This spacious living area spills out onto a large under cover deck with BBQ and an outlook over the reserve. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening vino.

The kitchen is well equipped with electric appliances and dishwasher. Three bedrooms, master with ensuite, all of which have ceiling fans. Fully enclosed back yard & Wi-Fi for all guests to enjoy.
