Welcome to this new, luxurious and spacious Villa on Vista Royal! Space, privacy and luxury ensure that you can enjoy and relax optimally. Within walking distance of the Jan Thiel beach, in the popular residential area of ​​Vista Royal.

The villa is fully equipped and has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. You can enjoy a BBQ outside on the porch. All the bedrooms have airconditioning, the living room has shutters where a pleasant breeze blows through. IN the pool are sunbeds and a toddler / baby area. Around the pool you have a huge terrace with palapa and a refreshing outdoor shower! Multiple lounge and seating areas ensure that you can relax everywhere with a sea view.

You stay at about 500 meters walking distance from the trendy Jan Thiel beach, the beautiful beach clubs and spa such as Papagayo, very good restaurants, a supermarket, fitness club, diving schools, boarding places for great trips such as to Klein Curacao by catamaran, etc.

A stone's throw away are the famous salt pans of Jan Thiel, and the water sports mecca Het Spanish Water. A beautiful, protected lagoon with an exit to the Caribbean Sea. Diving and snorkeling enthusiatics can indulge.

We have several excellent chefs who can take care of your diner, lunch or breakfast! And if you wish there is housemaid service available. A taxi driver can show you to the most beautiful places on the island.

Vista Royal extremely popular and it is being developed further. Villas are being built hence there is construction work going on.

The villa is very suitable for families and friends. The villa is not suitable for groups of young people; parties and loud music are not allowed. Baby cots are also provided.

Beautiful home, perfect location!
We really enjoyed our time here! The house has a great layout and the upstairs pool deck is where we spent most of our time. It was heavenly! There are beautiful views from the deck, a great cross breeze upstairs, and the location is PERFECT! Everything is close! We loved Jan Thiel, the beaches near by and the amazing food. Anything that isn't walkable is a quick drive (for the most part). Pink, the property management group, was very quick to respond to our questions and very kind and accommodating. We felt so welcomed and immediately at home. It was hard to leave! I highly recommend this home! You'll love it!

Perfect for a Group
This property worked really well for our group of 6 adults and 2 teens. It was wonderful that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the pool was very well maintained and really lovely. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We had a couple of challenges on our visit but both the owners and the management company responded promptly. The only issue that wasn’t addressed, despite multiple attempts by the service company, was the TV/cable box didn’t work for the duration of our stay. Thankfully, we didn’t have much interest in tv viewing while we were there. The only suggestion I have is that it would have been nice if they provided a few more essentials such as a roll of paper towels for the kitchen and shower gel in the bathrooms. Overall, we had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend this property to friends and family and would definitely stay here again.

House is great but need to work out some kinks
It's a beautiful home and can't beat the location. Short walk to the grocery store and also Jan Thiel beach. We loved the pool and patio and the neighborhood is super safe. Management company has to work out some kinks: they didn't bring a key when they came to check us in. Also, she didn't know how to work the appliances or show us how they worked. That's OK, but then when someone does come to show us why wouldn't anyone on the staff that didn't know also come so they could handle it next time? Also need to make sure the house is fully equipped. There was no wine opener or dish towels/oven mits. But overall a great property and would stay again.

Beautiful Home / Great Location & Experience
We had a wonderful stay at this property, which was very convenient (walking distance) to the beach, beach restaurants, watersports and a supermarket. The management company was also very responsive when we had questions. For those thinking of visiting, it was definitely helpful to have a car as the beaches on other parts of the island are worth visiting (and there's parking for at least two cars at the house). Regarding the house, everything is well-equipped, but if coming from the U.S. check on electrical adapters if you have lots of people / phones and know that the bathrooms in each room (which are great) don't have doors separating the bathroom from the rest of the bedroom so requires some planning if people are sharing rooms. Also, there's focus on environmental matters so not a lot of paper towels or other paper goods around so, if that's something you need, worth picking up at the supermarket.

Girl’s Getaway 2023
Myself and five girlfriends rented this gorgeous villa in November. The space was fabulous as we each had our own bedroom and washroom, which is a hard find. The location is perfect as the grocery store and beach are a few minutes walk away. The villa, pool and gardens are spectacular. We hired a massage therapist to come to the villa for a self-care day under the straw cabana poolside. It was total bliss. Plenty of room to spread out, but also gather the ample dining space to enjoy wine and barbecue. We definitely plan to return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stunning house!
This new luxury spacious villa on Jan Thiel is a beautiful property, brilliantly conceived; anywhere you find yourself - be it in the privacy of the bedrooms or the social areas -you will feel the comfort and easiness of being at home! This Villa perfectly combines great simplicity and functionality, it truly embodies the famous phrase that “less is more”! Needless to say that we really enjoyed our stay! One suggestion though, since we were caught during a period of an extremely heat wave, and most probable this will be a recurring phenomenon, it would be advisable to install AC in the second floor too. This villa is modern and incredibly well equipped. The location is great and a 5min walk for the beach and excellently restaurants and bars . The neighbourhood is really safe . The outside pool area was brilliant with plenty of seating for dining and a lovely pool . We had an amazing time and couldn’t fault this villa it’s very really good for large families with all rooms having en suites bathrooms. On arrival it was great to have been provided with a welcome pack of some drinks, snacks and basic provisions which were incredibly welcome after a long journey! We have had many villa holidays for over 20 years and can safely say this villa was better than any we have stayed in Europe . Thank you for a great holiday we will definitely return !

The house itself was very nice. It was in a very nice neighborhood. They are building two houses next door but when were there it was very quiet. The bedrooms were all nice size. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The pool was great! The landing and the ledge on the one side of the pool were great for my 16th month old granddaughter to play and walk on. The hut at the end of the pool was also very nice. It provided nice shade and a cool breeze. The kitchen and family room were nice. The kitchen was supplied with everything you need. But it was extremely hot and had quite a few mosquitoes when the the wind wasn’t blowing. We had a citronella candle burning in the kitchen the whole time. My communication with the property manager, Yvette was tremendous. She was very responsive to all my emails and gave me some great things to see and do. My last conversation with her I suggested ceiling fans to help cool down the kitchen and living room areas. She said they are being installed in August and new house photos will be taken.

Beautiful 5-star Home, Great Location
First impression seeing the home in person will truly amaze, even better than the photos. The 6 bedroom / 6.5 bath layout is perfect for large groups, especially adults who want space to stretch out and relax. The spacious pool deck is has plenty of seating both in the sun and shade. Bedrooms and ensuite baths are good size, with towels (bath & beach) provided. Beds are comfortable, though only one pillow and blanket per person. The entire villa is well equipped, modern, and clean with only a 5 min walk to a grocer and Jan Thiel beach. I recommend renting a car, since the villa is in a residential area and you’ll likely want to explore more of Curacao. Spanish Waters is only a 5 min drive, and Mambo Beach about 15 minutes. As you’ll read in other reviews, birds do routinely make their way into the common areas. One of the bird species loves sugar, so don’t leave any sugar packets on the counters. You’ll come back to a mess to clean, and probably not much left-over sugar for yourself. Only a few small hiccups while we were there; a couple burned out light bulbs in the house, the oven threw an error that needed attention, and a breaker switch tripped for the cabana lights, otherwise it was seamless experience. Not only would I return again, but I already sent a link for this property to friends who are considering vacations later this year. Check in/out process is very easy, as is communication with owners and managers. Overall rating: 5-stars

Gorgeous house
We had six adults and six children ages 7-14 for a week in this lovely home. Well stocked with towels and amenities. Having the pool right off the main living space was fantastic. Even had a few pool toys for the kids. Showers all had great pressure and we never ran out of hot water. Beautiful outdoor living and dining spaces, which are a must because it gets warm in the living room. There are individual AC units in each bedroom but not in the living room/kitchen. There you rely on cross breezes through the large sliding doors. It’s the tropics. It gets hot. Washer and dryer work well, but you have to empty the water collection on the dryer, which we didn’t realize. It’s a dehumidifier, which makes sense. The staff were friendly, timely, courteous and knowledgable. Location was great. Market nearby (but drive to Carrefour for big shopping trips). Some construction right next door is the only drawback. Luckily we only had one day of deafening noise. The other days were quiet or some light noise. Not the owners’ fault obviously, but it definitely was loud and disruptive for a day. We would stay here again. Beautiful house.

Air conditioning worked beautifully! American-approved! - Dryer does not work very well. We had to air dry our clothing -Sheets on the beds were rough - Extra bedding provided was very soft and comfortable -Construction hours for adjacent lot should be provided. We understand it is out of the property’s control, but some warning about expected work hours would be nice. - Pool was not cleaned once during our stay - Not enough hot water for 12 people to shower - Spacious and contemporary house - Outdoor furniture and seating were nice - Easy to use kitchen appliances - Outdoor dining table was perfect for evening dinners and gatherings - Safe community and neighborhood for walking - Recommendation to add generator in the event of emergency. Great location, Nice property
We really enjoyed our first trip to Curacao. The people are very friendly and we felt safe everywhere we went. The house is located in a beautiful, upscale residential community. The owner and house managers are easy to work with. Being able to walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store was very convenient. We drove everywhere else, like to find a less expensive grocery store and to explore the lovely beaches of the island. The property and outdoor amenities are very nice. The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed family meals at the large table. With just a small investment, this property could really shine and entice repeat visitors. The house is sparsely provisioned. It doesn’t have any of the touches and comforts of a home. It’s missing things like games and toys for children, books for adults, a blender and toaster, and suitable linens. Each person gets 1 pillow and 1 very thin twin sized blanket. There are no extras on property. The beds are all made up as twins with no way to combine them. As a couple, I expect to sleep together on the same sheet under the same duvet while on vacation. Having to buy your own trash bags and toilet paper make visitors feel like a number vs being a guest. I would not recommend this house for younger children. The staircase is a nightmare and the pool has no alarm or gate. There is no AC or fans in the main living area, so you MUST have the exterior doors open all the time or you will suffer in the heat.

Great Place - Amazing Location
Our party of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids) stayed at this villa during March Break for two weeks and had a fantastic time. The place was well appointed and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect. The kids were in it non-stop and there are a selection of floaties to use which is handy if you have small children (the pool is quite deep). There is an Albert Heijn grocery store that is a three minute walk away. There are also 3 car rental places that you can walk to in case you want to see more of the island. Which we did. Jan Thiel has many restaurants along the beach that you can walk to in about 5 minutes. It is a very safe neighbourhood however, there is a lot of construction going on. In my opinion, it's a trade off for being so conveniently located. Having explored different parts of the island while in Curacao, we were very glad to have chosen to stay at this villa. Note: the villa is wired for European plugs, if you come from the UK or North America, bring extra travel plug adapters.

Lovely villa in a beautiful setting
We were a group of 9 adults and the villa was a perfect fit for us! The community spaces-both inside and out were comfortable and inviting...perfect for morning coffee; family dinners and cocktails! The view from the pool area is lovely. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets during drinks and the lights from the city while dining on the covered patio. The house is located in a safe neighborhood that is a short walk to pristine beaches, quality restaurants, shops and a grocery store. We did have a car for additional exploring. But I think we could have been quite content to stay in place...enjoying the house pool and local amenities. The house manager was helpful and prompt with answers to questions. We also got to meet the owner on the day of our departure. He was most gracious and helped us with a transportation issue we were having getting back to the airport. I would highly recommend this home!

Beautiful home in a great location!
The house was beautiful, and the location excellent. There were small hiccups with lack of information on the check-in/out process, not enough beach towels for all of our guests, only 1 role of toilet paper per bathroom for a full week rental, no paper towels or trash bags in the kitchen, no clothes dryer when we first checked in, the washer/dryer circuit tripping and needing to be reset, a pest control guy showing up unannounced, no screens over the wooden slats and birds flying into the kitchen/living room daily, the light in the pool not working, and thinking we had paid for the full house but having 1 bedroom locked (which was the bedroom with the safe). It would be helpful if the listing properly explained you are paying per guest/bedroom vs. the entire house. There should also be information about the potential additional charge for electricity should you go over usage. But these were all small, minor things. Overall the home was wonderful, and we very much enjoyed our stay. The pool and outdoor spaces are excellent, and each bedroom having an ensuite bath made it the perfect home for our group. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and beautiful family-style villa
We are a group of ladies who travel all over the world, and we always take care of people's villas as we would our own. With at in mind, sometimes things happen. For instance, due to hastily completed work on the refrigerator/water system prior to our stay. We experienced a water main burst behind the refrigerator that flooded the main level of the villa on our first night. We were able to shut off the main water system and alerted the property manager and owners. After the mopping, the well constructed villa (concrete surfaces throughout) did not sustain any real damage. Your responsiveness to this unfortunate and unexpected event, and during our entire stay was most appreciated, and that speaks volumes to us about you as owners and hosts. We hope to come back again, and would very much recommend Vidanova to others, it's a lovely family-style property. Thanks!!

Great Property
This was a great property for our group of friends. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and all the bedrooms were pretty much the same. The property had a great pool and great spaces for our group to hang out. It was in a safe neighborhood and a 5-10 minute walk to a very nice beach and restaurants.

A wonderful place that is close to everything
We really enjoyed the house. The pool was great to have on hot days. The beach and restaurants are a short walk away. Spanish Harbour, the Fort, the Salt Flats and the cliffs are all within a half hour to 40 minute walk. We had a party of 7 and there was lots of space. The house was well-appointed with most everything we needed and the supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. Overall we were impressed and when we are back, we would stay here again.

Great Location
The property is located in a stellar spot…beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and small Shops are all within walking distance. The home is very clean and the outside pool/lounge area is awesome. Here are a few tips: American electrical items such as phone plugs, computers etc need an adapter as the outlets are European. Order some before you travel. The home is only appointed with a few adapters. The electricity monitoring is a bit of a concern, but we are very conscious of electricity usage normally. We were a family of 6 and DID only one load of laundry, but ran the air at night and did only cooking for breakfast with no overage charge. You have to buy your own toilet paper and paper towels (there is no stocked items of any kind). The listing states there is a dryer, but there is not. So doing laundry is an annoyance as the washer is tiny and you have to air dry everything during the day which is difficult when you are out doing things(just my perspective). The beds/linens are not very comfortable(again my perspective coming from the states with plush bedding and comfy large undivided beds)and you receive enough towels for a few days but anything more than 4 days you will have to do wash if you want clean fresh towels(and the washers holds very little). The management is great and very attentive! There was construction on both sides of the home while we stayed, but it starts at 8:30am so you are up and if you plan to hang at the house you just have to deal with it. We were out and about most days and again…you deal with it. Also, bring games if you want things to do at the house. The home has a couple in Dutch. Lastly, close the vented windows when you leave or quite honestly on the lower level always …island visitors will enter (lizards, bats, ravenous mosquitoes and cockroaches…it’s an island and expected…we had a bat visit every night). Again, the pictures and reviews are accurate and the home and location will not Disappoint.

Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to beach, grocery store and rental cars. Great pool to relax in and take a break.
