Situated in the foothills of the Montgo National Park with Valley and Mountain views this is a perfect place to stay for discerning guests looking for a touch of real Spain but with all the modern conveniences.
A very charming traditional Spanish Villa with two bedrooms, set in a beautiful well planted gardens with a south-facing terrace and a large swimming pool.
The interior of the villa is simply furnished and has all of the modern conveniences needed for your holiday. You enter the property via the traditional Tosca stone Naya into the living/dining area, complete with sofas, English TV, air-con, and free WIFI. From here you enter the kitchen. Although compact, it includes all of the necessary equipment; fridge/freezer, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, and microwave. You will find a small terrace area at the rear of the kitchen complete with BBQ.
There is an airy and bright double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and air-con and a further twin room (also with air-con) and a separate family bathroom.
The property is very private and not overlooked. It is very secure with electric gates and ample room for parking.

Lugar con encanto cerca de Xàbia
La casa está muy bien para 4 personas y el jardín y la piscina son una maravilla. Por señalar algún aspecto de mejora, estaría bien darle una revisión al menaje, lámparas y aire acondicionado para una correcta puesta a punto. La relación con Samantha ha sido fluida y dispuesta a solucionar cualquier problema. En nuestro caso, decidimos alargar la estancia unos días y casualmente durante los mismos hubo una gran tormenta que hizo que nos entrara agua dentro de la casa (seguramente es algo que deberían revisar para próximas lluvias).

Très jolie villa - extérieurs superbes
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à villa Clementina.
Zone très calme (comptez 10 min de trajet en voiture pour rejoindre le centre), mais il y a un restaurant et un petit supermarché à distance de marche.
Pas de vis à vis.
La villa n'est pas très grande mais pour 4 personnes c'est plus qu'assez et elle dispose de toutes les commodités :
2 salles de bain
Cuisine équipée (taque au gaz, four, frigo avec petit congélateur, lave-vaisselle, four micro-ondes, bouilloire électrique, grille-pain...et beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine)
Buanderie avec lave-linge, congélateur
Barbecue
TV, chaîne hi-fi, airco dans les chambres
Le grand plus ce sont les extérieurs!
Il y a trois niveaux:
1.Terrasse couverte avec 2 tables et chaises, toujours à l'ombre, ce qui est très pratique dans les pays chauds
2. Solarium avec chaises longues
3. Zone piscine (la piscine est très grande, 6mx10m à mon avis)
Nous avons eu un problème avec l'airco dans notre chambre, nous avons donc souffert de la chaleur. Mais cela n'a en rien affecté notre séjour. L'agence nous a informés qu'il allait être remplacé dès que possible.
L'agence est très disponible.
En conclusion je recommande vivement cette villa.
