Stunning villa
We stayed for 2 weeks as a family of 8 covering 3 generations and there really was something for everyone at this beautiful villa. Daily bike rides, then pool and table tennis tournaments followed by a cool off in the lovely swimming pool; lounging around in enormous comfort everywhere with plenty of space and shade for everyone made this the perfect chilled holiday. We rarely left the villa except to occasionally eat out in Javea, choosing to bbq instead and sit outside enjoying the beautifully lit garden at night. The kitchen is equipped to an extremely high standard - it has everything you could possibly need. Communications with the villa team was excellent and the couple of minor issues we had were promptly dealt with. We were warned about the renovation works going on behind the property before we left the UK and whilst we would've preferred complete peace and quiet, it wasn't unbearable - the builders were respectful and as quiet as they could be under the circumstances - it didn't spoil our holiday. We highly recommend a visit to this stunning villa - can't wait to return😎

Absolutely loved our family holiday away. Any issues were corrected immediately and contact was very good. House was immaculate, pool and hot tub were perfect for our group. BBQ was a bit tired but still worked. All in all would love to return. Thank you Nick and family.

Fabulous Villa but...
Fabulous 5 star villa but we had builders over the hedge at the bottom of the garden completely renovation a property right on the hedge line. Started work very early and did not finish every day until 4pm.Very Very loud drilling all day amongst other very noisy knocking down walls. Called the manager Leah who had a word but made no difference the work is on going all summer. We had to go to the beach every day to escape the noise. Did contact the owner who was very apologetic but he needs to advise future clients of this dreadful problem.

Fantastic Villa
Have just returned from our 2nd visit to this fabulous villa. The villa itself is fantastic, immaculately clean with everything you could want out of a holiday villa and more, everything you could think of in the way of crockery, gadgets, bedding, towels, ample sun lounges to make your holiday run smoothly. The communication between the owner and team who look after the villa is first class. Maintenance guys who cleaned the pool twice in the week we were there was excellent and very helpful. We heated the swimming pool ( at an extra cost) which is recommended especially at this time of the year which made it very comfortable for the grandkids to use the pool all day and evening. Cannot fault our second experience in this immaculate very spacious villa which can very comfortable accommodate 12 guests without been on top of each other, and would thoroughly recommend it for a family get together or celebration. Cannot wait for our next holiday at this wonderful location.

Lovely stay in Javea
We rented this villa for a week in September and had an amazing time! The villa is beautifully decorated and there is everything you could possibly need - we have never stayed somewhere with so much glassware and crockery! The outdoor area is lovely and the pool is the perfect size. The only little issue we had was a lack of sun umbrellas - there was only 2 and a lot of our party like full shade. Someone did come round after contacting the host but unfortunately due to some of the umbrella bases being broken they were unusable. We needed a travel cot and there were 3 in the villa but unfortunately they were slightly damp and mouldy but still usable after a bit of a clean! Neither of these issues made our stay less enjoyable and we had a brilliant week in the sunshine! I would recommend having a car as whilst the location is lovely and quiet it is off of main roads which don’t always have pavement so not the safest to walk along and is a fair distance from the main areas of Javea.

We had a wonderful holiday here. The villa is absolutely amazing, from the clean, calming decor to the facilities, both inside and outside of the villa. We took full advantage of the pool, hut tub, pool table and outdoor bar. There are also loads of books and board games for adults and kids. The kitchen was beautifully clean and so well stocked with everything you could ever need. The area is very upmarket and felt safe. There are also a couple of nice restaurants a 5 minute walk away. This is a real home from home and I’m sure many people would love to live in this villa. Highly recommend!

Stunning Villa
What an amazing villa, just returned from getting married in Xabia and this villa was incredible. From the smells in the house to the fantastic decor and high end finishes. The outside area was utterly incredible they have literally thought of everything. We played pool enjoyed the hot tub had a bbq and even had late night swims in the pool that felt like a bath. I can not thank you enough for our stay in your home we are hoping to return one day.

Awesome Villa
Absolutely blown away with this villa. It more than met the expectations we had when booking. Although the inside was beautiful the outside with the swimming pool, hot tub, pool table , table tennis and trampoline was wonderful and kept the whole family entertained. The seating and outdoor dining areas where a joy to relax in and overall a thoroughly fantastic holiday was had by all. We would definitely love to return to this wonderful villa. There are some lovely restaurants within walking distance but I would recommend a hired car for travelling further distances.

Fantastic week in the sun in a beautiful villa , the villa is well appointed inside and out with everything you could possibly need during your stay . The villa has modern appliances which make your stay even more special , the outside areas are fantastic and well maintained , we opted for the pool heating after asking for the owner Nick's advice as we were unsure about the water temperature at the time of our stay and it was a great choice as the family were in the pool day and night , the pool fountain is a great touch and adds to the overall experience of the outside area .The day started with the kids getting oranges off the trees in the garden and making fresh orange juice and ended with the adults in the hot tub with it's beautiful water jets .Nick and Leah (who looks after the villa for Nick) contacted us to ensure that everything was as we expected and to contact them should any issues arise. This is a beautiful villa to stay in with beaches and modern supermarkets only a 10 minute drive away although when we went out the kids wanted to get back to the villa and either play on the pool table or jump into the pool. This is a great villa to holiday in and would highly recommend a visit. , would highly recommend a visit.

The villa is absolutely stunning and far exceeded our expectations. Nick, Leah and the team were wonderful, attentive and very caring. Leah dealt with our one little hiccup with the gas bottle and was really helpful with restaurant and supermarket suggestions. We ate at both the Italian and the Tapas and both were superb. The little supermarket Saladar does take online orders and the service from them was terrific. All in all a wonderful holiday - I only marked down the location slightly as a car is required to get to most places although I think a bus does run regularly in high season and taxis are cheap as well. The flip side is that this is a lovely quiet residential location so perfect for lazy days by the pool.

Great break with friends
The property was exactly as advertised. Beautifully presented throughout. As a group of 12 we had more than enough space both indoors and out. The host/owner was very attentive to all our needs . The outdoor space was especially well used buy our collective 6 children. The house was equipped with a basketball net and pool table and we also brought a pop up badminton set and had plenty of space for all. The pool is a great size and never felt overcrowded when most of the group were using it. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing break. We spent majority of our week in the Villa as it was so comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you could ever need, multiple of everything serving bowl, trays etc. I could go keep going on, really enjoyed my stay!

We were a party of 12, 3 generations celebrating my 60th birthday. The villa definitely has the "WOW" factor and is even more impressive than the photos. There was a very good welcome pack plus, unexpectedly, flowers, a delicious cake and candles. The outside area is fantastic and managed to keep my 13 year old grandson off his tablet, playing pool and basket ball. Having decent restaurants in walking distance is also a big plus. With this option and the outdoor kitchen we only ventured further to eat a few times. We had a slight problem with the pool which was dealt with immediately and Nick, the owner, always responded to any queries asap. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa.

Eventually found the perfect villa
Stayed for 2 weeks in mid June. As I drove from UK to the villa, I packed all the things that are normally missing on previous villa holidays I have taken. There was no need as the owner has thought of everything. The bikes that are supplied proved a great hit with the adults as there are some lovely beaches and coves within a 20 minute cycle ride. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 ovens, 2 fridges and a 3rd next to the outdoor bbq. There is also every kitchen utensil you need, which makes cooking for a large group easier. Would thoroughly recommend staying at this villa.

This villa provided my family of 13 with everything adults and children could ask for, from the luxurious outdoor area providing shade if needed whilst watching kids in the lovely pool, to the luxurious interior which is furnished to an amazing standard. The location of this villa is set in a nice quiet area within easy access via short taxi ride to the lovely beach with restaurants,bars and shops. We chose to stay in most nights making full use of the outside bbq area which is a perfect size for cooking for a large family and the 2 fridges at the side meant always a beer nearby to cool you down whilst cooking. The seating area outside is perfect of a day for shade and also perfect for relaxing of a night. The children were never bored here with table tennis,pool table,basketball hoop, amazing swimming pool with shallow end for little ones and when that tired them out they sat and watched satellite tv which has all English channels and is independently connected to every tv. If you are thinking of booking this villa my advice would be to book quick as this must be one of nicest villas we seen when looking to book our holiday. Nick and his wife should be proud of themselves for the way this villa is presented and we look forward to hopefully returning. Thank you for an amazing stay in your luxurious villa, Paul

Wondeful Villa for our family holiday.
We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at this villa to celebrate a 60th birthday. We were a family of eleven of all ages. The villa surpassed expectations and was exactly as shown in photos. Communication with the owner with any queries was second to none, they were only too pleased to help. We particularly liked the outdoor cooking and eating area where we enjoyed many meals. There were many activities that kept the younger ones occupied from table tennis, bikes, pool table etc. We paid extra for the pool heating which I would recommend. We also enjoyed use of the hot tub which was included. Javea itself was beautiful, we liked the Arenal promenade area which had lots of great restaurants and a good sandy beach for the little ones. I must mention the local Indian restaurant located close to the villa, it is one of the best we have tried. Would I recommend a stay at this villa? Absolutely Go there, relax and have a great time.

Very nice villa, excellent facilities
We had an amazing holiday, you could not want for anything else. The on-site facilities are great the bikes, jacuzzi, basketball the list goes on. Only one very slight comment would be that the cleanliness of the villa on arrival bathrooms kitchen etc could of been better, but apart from that best villa we have rented in Javea in 30 years.
