I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Leo. I was only in Jeju for 2 full days and so wanted to be close to the airport. The hotel was really convenient, taxis are fairly cheap from the airport and there are also a number of buses that go very close to the hotel (and it’s only a few stops away from the airport + T money card works here). The hotel was also close to my day tour pick up point (literally a couple of minutes away). I was here during Chuseok so quite a few places were closed but in normal times, there are lots of food options nearby. On the hotel itself, the elevator was quick and efficient. My room was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfy. Shower was great + electric toilet. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers. There was a kettle in the room, a fridge, a hairdryer and a big tv (with Netflix). An LG steamer also in the room which was exciting but when I actually tried it, I found it took too long and results weren’t great. Still a cool contraption to try. Water bottles provided every day and fresh towels. All the above made this a great stay but what added the cherry to the cake was Helen (the assistant manager) who was a dream and just amazing at her job. She made me feel welcome the second I arrived and I felt like I had a friend who gave me great recommendations every evening. She really is a star! To note, I tried the buffet breakfast once, it was ok but not amazing. I wouldn’t get it daily.

First time to Jeju for holiday and picked this hotel. Hotel was great, staff are friendly specially Helen. She is very helpful n she only lady that speak English. One thing that are not up to expectations is they don’t top up our toiletries. Like the rooms skipper? Coffee? Tea? And no shower cap n etc.

Staff were amazing and extremely helpful!!! They helped me make a local phone call and gave me ideas of where to go. I enjoyed breakfast. I was sad the rooftop was under construction. I enjoyed my room, it was spacious for myself. Location is great if signing up for day tours as the pick up and drop off location very close to the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area.

The staff are friendly and attentive and we felt warm welcomed. The property is a bit old and seems due for an uplift but room facilities are in good condition. Good wifi connection and speed compared to the last hotel we stayed in Seogwipo area. Spacious room and the styler in the room is a plus although the washing basin in the toilet is positioned too low :) Lots of food outlets with varieties around the area. It’s at a good location. We will stay again in our next trip to Jeju!

Pleasantly surprised. For us, Hotel Leo is the best hotel stay experience we’ve had in South Korea. Highlights of what to expect: - larger rooms compared to most properties in South Korea; - breakfast buffet isn’t large but a good staple of international mix with some local Korean dishes. Everything we ate was delicious; - LG Steam Closet Care System in the room removed the wrinkles or refresh our clothes without washing; - cable TV loaded with different channels; - walking distance to Jeju Cultural Street; - quality soaps, shampoo and conditioner. Note, no toothbrush nor toothpaste; - great water pressure & hot water; - bidet toilet with options for enhanced cleaning / comfort; - staff speak fluent English and Mandarin. They helped us get taxis, gave directions to nearby restaurants, etc; - almost every room and hallway are decorated with local art; - overall property decor is modern; If there are other Hotel Leo properties in other cities, We’ll be booking our stays there.

Excellent location with good restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful, and always ready to help upon request. Valet parking is convenient, and transportation to and fro airport is very easy and straightforward. Definitely recommended if seeking to stay near airport.

The traditional “ondol” room had modern amenities minus a refrigerator. There was noise coming from construction outside in the late morning. There was good selection at the buffet with OK flavor. We stayed here on the last night of our stay in Jeju, as we needed to be near the airport after returning of rental car. They have valet service for cars; the hotel room is spacious and clean plenty of dining options nearby (hotel staff recommended us but we decided to take the car for a drive to black pork street before returning). There is a weighing scale at lobby - great for us trying to figure if we are overweight. When the central AC was a bit warm - we just called frontdesk and they turned on the AC blower unit so that was perfect. Just to say - this hotel is a 20 mins bus ride from Jeju Airport (the taxi queue was CRAZY) and so we just hopped onto bus for 1150 won /pax - bus stops right across from Hotel Leo. Next morning, hotel booked me a taxi and it was 5500 won / 10 mins ride to airport. Please do consider staying here if you need a convenient spot in Jeju City! I can't wait to be back - Thank you Hotel Leo!
