For the price, it was a great stay. It is a very basic hotel. The place was clean but just seemed old/heavily used. The staff were nice, the pool was nice but just needs to be cleaned more frequently perhaps. My only complaint about the room was that the sliding glass doors and the balcony was clearly not cleaned regularly. It was a little disappointing since we booked our room for the view primarily (which was fantastic when we opened the sliding glass door). The hotel is also located in a remote location which is very nice/peaceful. If you don’t have a car there’s a bus stop across the street and the 201 bus will bring you anywhere you need to go quickly. Lastly, I was surprised by the lack of communication/knowledge from the hotel receptionist, they did not know anything about the buses in the area (which bus to take or what time the start and end). Also when checking in, it was odd that they did not ask for ID or tell us any information about the hotel (check out time, pool time, etc.) Overall, for a simple place with a cheap price I would recommend this hotel to friends.

The staff were friendly and speak English. They have a restaurant downstairs which serves good fried chicken. Petrol station and convenience store are just near by.

It is refreshing to experience what it feels to stay within the caravan which has a 3 bunk beds and a queen size beds. Feedback from family members is that the generator for the caravan is very noisy at night and may disturb the sleep. The caravan can comfortably fit 5 persons. As we have 6 persons for the lodging, and need to ask for additional bedding, but the front desk could not comprehend our requirements, and it take a while for us to convey our needs to them. There is also an issue with the hot water for bathing. It needs 30minutes to replenish the water tank after the heated water is used up. Other than that it is an interesting stay.

1. The location is awful if you don't have a car. No public transportation no pubs, Nothing in the area. No beaches , nothing. 2. The "resort" described with outdoor pool. Pool-Yes, Water-No. 3. The "Restaurant" is suitable only for Korean/ Chinese visitors. 4. Air-condition is working like a jet-plane. Very noisy. The staff is good although , English is not their language .

Hotel was not star rate on site say 4, I say 3 is too many, Room was not very clean, We fill a use shower cap in between two bed, booked for three, only two shower towel, call the front deck, was not really willing to bring it up to the room, when check out, they call some one check the room, we have to standing there to wait for.

Remote location that is not really on the beach as the description says. You have to cross a major road of speedy traffic then walk thru a little field to get to the beach. Nothing within walking distance, so it was a good thing I rented a car.

Nice place but too far away
The stay was not too bad but unfortunately it is far away from the city. A surrounding by itself therefore very difficult to get things i.e. food. We really like the staff - they are helpful, kind and friendly/

Nice place, would stay there again.
Clean, modern property. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there was always someone there who could speak English. Rooms nicely appointed. It took us a while to figure out the air conditioner but we did finally get there. Only downside for us-the hotel is a long way from most attractions. There is good bus service into the city but a cab ride is about $20 each way. There is a restaurant in the hotel. We went there for breakfast. It was all right but a bit pricey for what you got.

The hotel room was nice and clean but the lady at the reception was quite missing the idea of hospitality .... I am used to people being polite in korea , however she seemed to be down-right rude at times. Fact that the rooms were clean and they provided some decent breakfast (albeit costly) is the only reason to cheer about this hotel.

Great service and a nice view, but THAT location
If you have a car I think this is a great place! However, if you plan to rely on buses and taxis its going to get a bit expensive or at the very least you're going to have to invest some time. The best part of our stay at this hotel was the wonderful restaurant that was just a five minute walk away and sat right on the beach.

If you don't plan to drive in Jeju, please don't book this hotel. It is remote to Jeju city, you have to take 40 minutes bus trip back to hotel. If you want to visit Seogwipo, you'll need more than one and a half hour to do so. Travelling time is too long. Room cleaniness is okay, but the room is very small and there is only one small swimming pool in the hotel. But you want a quiet environment, it is okay, as it is a remote hotel.

The rooms were good and clean. But even after i confirmed over the phone that my package included breakfast. when I checked in I was told that breakfast is not included and I will have to pay extra for it. The hotel staff speaks only limited English. So there was no possibility of negotiating. They kept repeating the same thing. The location is a bit secluded with only hamdeok Beach town near by. There is a 7-11 nearby and a gas station. Apart from hamdeok Beach manjanggul caves and surrounding attractions are within quick driving distance.

In general the hotel is located a little far from main town. If you don't mind the drive it is a nice place to stay as the room we had faces the sea and there is a good local restaurant not far from the hotel. 에어컨이 더운바람이 나오고 상태가 안좋아 방을 바꿔주셨는데도 다른방도 에어컨 상태가 좋지않아 겨우 더워죽은정도는 아니어서 하룻밤 자고 나왔네요 전반적으로 룸이나 수영장 주변도 너무 오래된 느낌이었습니다
