I gave average rating due to couple things. First, front desk made a mistake and had to pay the difference after I left jeju island. Second, rental car license plate was not properly registered.(mistake again by front desk). Other than, it was nice place to stay. (Stayed 4 nights)

I enjoyed my stay with lotte hotels at jeju island. It was about a 30 walk to the airport and a short bus ride from the airport. Checking in was very easy and the view was nice from the top floors. I would stay here again.

Easy to get to from the airport (10 mins bus ride). The staff were friendly and really helpful. The room is a little dated but the bathroom is lovely. I paid to use the pool and sauna, which is well worth it. Would happily stay here again.

No facility for making coffee. Had to go out to buy coffee every morning. Not enough storage space for our clothing or hangers. Had to request a couple of hangers. The housecleaning were very good and everything was clean in the room. The best part of our stay was the dining facility on the 22nd floor. Very good breakfast for what we paid. Good value, economic for the week's stay.

Staff was great and the room was clean, convenient, and comfortable. Only semi-negative thing I would say is our room was starting to look a bit dated and could likely use an update.

Convenient location but the hotel facilities were a bit dated . We asked to switch to an equivalent room upon arrival but were told bluntly that rooms of the same tier would require additional payment upfront. Also the non-Korean breakfast offering was limited .
