Grundlage für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Jena
Sehr schöne, authentische, ruhige Lage der Ferienwohnung, die locker fußläufig vom Stadtzentrum erreichbar ist. Ein Bad war für sieben Damen gewagt, aber dank der vielen großen Spiegel in der Wohnung für in Wochenende super machbar.
Für den Aufenthalt alles wie für Ferienwohnungen gewohnt vorhanden, aber man sollte, wie immer, an gewisse Basics denken: Geschirrhandtücher (eines war vorhanden), Gewürze + Zucker, Öl, etc.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden und sauber. Toilettenpapier gab es auch genug, was wir leider zu spät gesehen haben (im Schrank HINTER der Badezimmertür :-))
Schöner großer Tisch zum gemeinsamen Essen und Spiele spielen. Wenn es jetzt auch noch ein großes Sofa gäbe, wäre diese Wohnung der absolute Ferienwohnung-Traum. Aber dann hätte man auch deutlich mehr für die Wohnung nehmen können. Insofern: Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und für uns ein sehr schöner Ort, um ein gemeinsames Mädels-Wochenende aus allen Himmelsrichtungen (Anreise mit Auto und Bahn sehr unkompliziert) zu verbringen.

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub
Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unseren Kurzurlaub benötigen: von den Küchengeräten bis zu Spüli/Handseife. Der große Tisch lädt zum gemeinsamen Essen ein und Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden. Für guten Schlaf sorgen die bequemen Betten und die Möglichkeit der Verdunkelung durch Jalousien bzw. Gardinen.
Das Objekt liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße in Jena und ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir haben auch abends um 22.00 Uhr schnell einen Parkplatz gefunden. Bei schönem Wetter und offenem Fenster hört man gelegentlich junge Leute in den umliegenden Häusern. Wir mochten aber gerade dieses Flair der Studentenstadt Jena. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe einen Edeka mit Bäcker und eine direkte Anbindung an die Straßenbahn. Wir haben Jena zu Fuß erkundet: ca. 18-20 Minuten braucht man zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, hat dafür aber keine Parkplatzprobleme. Wir haben den Fuchsturm und den Jenzig erwandert (auch hier alles fußläufig zu erreichen). Unser Urlaub war eine wunderbare Verschnaufpause vom Alltag - durch das Superwetter natürlich noch begünstigt.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief völlig unkompliziert und reibungslos. Wir würden das Objekt sofort weiterempfehlen.

Jena lohnt sich
Nette renovierte Wohnung mit Holzbalken modern und eher nüchtern eingerichtet, unkomplizierte Kommunikation und Datenvermittlung mit Schlüsselübergabe online, technisch gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns zu zweit recht wohlgefühlt, wlan funktionierte super. Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Laufen in Innenstadt ist gut und schnell möglich. Wohnung ist für 6 Mann zum Übernachten ausgelegt. Mit je einem Fernseher in den 3 schlaf-Zimmern. Leider kein Zugang zum Balkon. Als kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: wohnung ordentlich lüften (der vormieter hatte whs. Was fettiges gemacht), klopapier fehlte, ne kaputte Duschkopfhalterung und auch keine Spültabs für die Geschirrspülmaschine, badsauberkeit hätte besser sein können (deswegen nur 3 Sterne)… bei dem Preis pro Nacht hätte einiges davon schon nicht sein müssen…naja man muss ja nicht perfektionistisch sein, hat aber dann schon ein bissl genervt in dem moment wo es auffiehl. Dafür gab es 2 Flaschen wasser kostenlos was wiederum nett war…
