The stuff were amazing. Specially the stuff name is MiKi. He had been helping during our time at the pool. Everything was okay except the quality of breakfast was going down and too cold. The place were too crowded it feel like you were in flea market :( I do not feel classy and elegant staying in Ayana anymore. Sorry :(

This property was amazing! We wish we would have had more time to enjoy everything they had to offer. You could make a whole vacation just within the property. The only negatives about our experience was that you could hear everything happening in the hallway and transportation to the airport was not complimentary. When we were in our room, the hallways noise was so loud it sounded like our door was open. I played my sound machine at night, so it didn’t bother us then. But, it is something to keep in mind. Also, transportation to and from the airport is a steep charge. We were able to book an excellent driver easily through the Grab app and pay 1/4 the price.

Well maintained picturesque & luxurious property with exceptional service. Family friendly. Was our first visit to Bali but didn't wish to leave the Resort even for sightseeing! 5🌟 by my 8yo!

The Ayana Resort and Spa was superb. It couldnt be faulted. Beautiful garden and pools very well kept. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms luxurious and very comfortable. It was 10/10 in my rating. Had a wonderful stay there

It’s awesome for a Large enterprise. It feels personable and you can get away from the crowd. In fact there was no crowd Except at the rock bar. Otherwise, the resort was awesome.

I must say that the hotel I stayed at was absolutely fantastic! From the breathtaking view to the stunning swimming pool, every aspect of the place captivated my heart and left me wanting more. It was truly one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying at.
