金門島に到着した日に宿泊しました。フライトが遅延して真っ暗になっていました。電話をしましたが、スタッフの方は英語が少し話せる程度であり、一方、私は中国語がまったく話せないため、電話でのコミュニケーションはなかなか難しいものがありました。Google地図を使って住所のところまで行きましたが、建物が分からず。途方に暮れていたところ、現地の方が助けてくれて事なきを得ました。大家さんは離れた場所に住んでいるようです。館内はEVがありません。客室内は何とも言えない臭いがしていました。他の宿泊施設では臭いがしなかったので、金門島特有の臭いという訳では無さそうです。消臭スプレーを使いましたがダメでした。一番困ったのはシャワーとトイレが隣同士にあるため、シャワーを浴びるとトイレがびしょ濡れになることです。とてもトイレを使う気分にはなれなかったため、1回も使用しませんでした。ホットシャワーは問題なく出ました。民泊に近い宿ですが、旅行が初心者の方にはなかなかハードルは高い気がします。なお、ドライヤーは備え付けがありました。お水のペットボトルの用意は無かったため、予め準備しておいた方が無難です。立地はとても良かったです。ホストとのコミュニケーションを難しくしている一因として、Expediaのメッセージ機能の仕様があります。より、ホストとのコミュニケーションが短時間で出来るように機能改善を図っていただけると有り難いです。急いでメッセージしたい時には不便です。

バスターミナルに近い民宿
いわゆる民宿で常駐のスタッフがいないので鍵を開けてもらうために電話しなければいけません。電話すればなんとかわかってくれる感じですが応対はいいです。番号は３階の壁に書いてます。場所がわかりにくいですが、ゲームセンター向かいの路地を入ればすぐです。コンビニは近いですが、食事に出かけるには東門?あたりまで行く必要があります。
