Great location
Great location and apartment was comfortable with lovely views however it needed a good clean/vacuum, which didn’t appear to have been done for a very long time. Some plates and cutlery were also dirty when we went to use them the first time. The main bedroom had a very strong mothball smell and also had ants. However the real estate was very responsive when contacted about that and came quickly to fix the ant problem. Some attention to detail on giving the place a good clean and getting rid of all the dirt and spider webs would make it a really lovely apartment.
