A localização é boa e os funcionários muito prestativos. Porém o café da manhã é fraco. Mas o pior é que a piscina estava fechada . A gente não teria ficado lá se soubermos. É obrigação do hotel informar isso no sei site. Falta de consideração. Não ficaríamos novamente

Great location
This is a convenent and confortable hotel, next to the beach. Beatiful accomodations, however the swimpool needs a heavy cleaning, scrub the tiles at least every other month to remove mud from side walls.

The hotel location is half block of a busy beach, staff have poor customer service knowledge and lack of interest on assist the passenger, housekeeping never showed up in two days, amenities are available upon request, including a hairdryer.

Hospedagem razoável, não vale o que cobram. Nosso banheiro ficou alagado depois de um banho normal, acredito que por falta de vedação no box. Controle remoto da televisão não funcionava direito. Manta da cama não estava em uma embalagem lacrada, o que demonstra que não deve ter sido lavada. Serviço para a conferencia do frigobar na saída bem demorado.

As fotos e a descrição geral foram melhores do que o que realmente encontramos quando chegamos. Não foi ruim, mas alguns itens deixaram a desejar. Foi um sofrimento utilizar a Smart TV. Conectava e caia o tempo todo. No fim desisti. O banheiro era muito apertado, o que foi muito contrastante com o tamanho do apartamento em si que era bem espaçoso. A qualidade da cama foi apenas ok. Nas fotos parece que a vista do quarto e da área do café eram bem melhores do que realmente são. A pia do lado de fora do banheiro foi bem esquisito. Eu não gostei. Não tinha lixeira na área da onde ficam a mini cozinha e sala de estar.

Infelizmente recebi a notícia de que a piscina estava quebrada apenas quando cheguei lá e não houve uma sinceridade em relação ao prazo que levaria para resolver o problema. No final, passei minha viagem inteira sem poder utilizar a piscina e não tiveram a preocupação nem de oferecer algo para compensar o transtorno, tendo em vista que o fato do hotel possuir uma piscina é sim um fator de decisão na escolha do hotel e influência no preço da diaria do mesmo!

Hotel muito bem localizado, com boas opções de alimentação e compras próximas e em praia com boa infraestrutura. O café da manhã é simples, com poucas opções, mas suficiente. Precisa melhorar a parte de arrumação dos quartos, que demora demais. Pelo menos duas vezes cheguei após as 15 horas e o quarto não havia sido arrumado

O hotel peca um pouco na conservação, nosso quarto (110) tinha manchas de umidade no teto, portais do banheiro estufados pela umidade. Não havia local para pendurar a toalha de rosto , faltam ganchos para pendurar as toalhas usadas , o porta toalhas fica sobre o vaso sanitário. Os profissionais da recepção e sala de café da manhã ,com excessão de um rapaz que nos atendeu no café da manhã, foram muito educados e atenciosos. No café da manhã faltam geleias, granola,..,,mas o omelete e as tapiocas são muito caprichados! A localização é ótima e tem garagem fechada. No geral ficamos muito satisfeitos.

Localização muito boa!!!!!
Localização muito boa,ao lado de bons restaurantes e rodízio. Hotel limpo,funcionários super educados e café da manhã ótimo ! A cama não é confortalevel( isso é minha opinião ) e aquelas que ao juntar forma uma cama de casal. Se vc for passar até duas diárias acredito que não sinta muito desconforto mais apartir de 3 diárias fica insuportavelmente ao meu ver. Não gostei da cama somente.

Hotel bom, numa praia ótima que é Cabo Branco. Gostei do café, porém o atendimento do rapaz que organiza o café não foi bom. Pedi ovos fritos sem gema por uma questão de saúde e ele negou dizendo que era impossível a cozinheira fazer. Como assim? É impossível tirar as gemas dos ovos?? Não entendi! Outro ponto desagradável foi o cheiro ruim saindo dos ralos do banheiro no quarto 317. No resto, foi tudo ok!
