Rooms not ready
We arrived early and were told check in wasn't until after 2 which was fine. We filled out all paperwork and went to lunch. Once we returned after 4 some of our rooms were still not ready and we did not receive all rooms until after 6. No apologies for the inconvenience, nothing. The rooms are very outdated. The water in the sink ran all night because it was too difficult to turn off. The rooms are very small.

Unclean. Unprofessional.
Room was dirty upon arrival. The shower soapdish (glass) was broken and almost fell and shattered on the floor. Potentially very dangerous. When we asked for a room change, they did not honor it and only sent a housekeeper to re-clean. Moreover, the staff was unprofessional and charged an extra excessive fee (unnecessary) for a situation that was not my fault. On the other hand, the internet wi-fi was strong and consistent and the breakfast was good. I have visited João Pessoa several times and have I have stayed in various hotels--all of them were good/great except for Netuanah Praia. Spend the few extra reais, dollars, pesos, or euros and stay somewhere else. There are so many other better options in JP.

Primeiro quarto tinha cheiro de esgoto , pequeno e janela para uma parede, pedi para trocar ! O segundo quarto foi no 5 andar estava em reforma, corredor sem pinturas quartos em reforma barulho de reforma o dia inteiro!!! Quarto pequeno e banheiro entrava de frete e saía de ré. Nunca mais volto lá

Ótima localização e atendimento dos funcionários. Estacionamento pago , quarto com problema na fechadura , banheiro velho ( Todo ele ) , buraco no teto, porta do banheiro não fechava ( com Gambiarra ). Nos impressionou algumas informações tipo : se pedirmos um garfo e uma faca no quarto ( R$10,00 ). Cobram por qualquer espirro com uma diária para 4 pessoas no mesmo quarto a R$900,00?!?! Não voltaremos … e não recomendamos .

O pior Hotel da minha vida!
Hotel barulhento, fiquei no primeiro andar, tinha uma obra que tinha barulho de britadeira o tempo todo no ouvido, eu saí do banho, abri minha janela e tinha um prestador de serviço na janela, olhando pra dentro do quarto. Exatamente encostado na janela! Oferecem estacionamento a 15 reais a diária, porém dificilmente vc consegue vaga, pois é compartilhado com uma casa de eventos! Cama desconfortável e tudo fedendo a guardado! Eles cobram até toalha de piscina!!!! 6:00 da manhã tinha funcionários gritando no corredor( total sem acústica)

Estadia perfeita!
Gostei muito da minha estadia no Netuanah, tinha alugado um quarto luxo mas aí recebi um up-grade para um quarto com vista para o mar que ficou ainda mais perfeito passar esses dias em João Pessoa, piscina boa, café da manhã perfeito, com muita variedade, única ressalva que faço é que o ralo da banheiro estava com pouca vazão então como a água do chuveiro era muito forte demorava para descer, mas tirando isso, nada a reclamar. Voltarei mais vezes à Paraíba.

Hotel bom, porém está em obra Chegamos e nos colocaram no quarto no final da pousada direto pra obra um barulho absurdo Na mesma hora pedi pra trocar arrumaram outro quarto um pouco melhor Como acordávamos cedo pro café e passeios não sofremos muito com o barulho Ficamos sem luz somente no nosso quarto mais rapidamente resolveram o problema No geral gostei pois resolviam rápido as questões

Avaliação sincera, Segunda vez que vamos ao Hotel, escolhemos novamente pelo atendimento e cordialidade da última vez, dessa vez não foi diferente chegamos e logo fomos atendido, mas esperamos cerca de 30 min para liberarem um quarto, quando foi entregar as chaves veio a surpresa de que “Devido a falta de disponibilidade tivemos um upgrade de quarto, vista mar e etc”. Realidade: o quarto não tinha varanda, espelho, tampa da privada fazia muito barulho, janelas que para abrir fazia uma barulheira também, falta de óleo ou manutenção. Fomos colocados no 5º andar, e o elevador vai até o 4º andar apenas, tendo que subir 1 andar de escada, o que pra mim não tem problema, o problema foi a obra que estava tendo na escada, muita poeira, cimento, terra, pedaço de cerâmica, se estão em reforma o ideal era isolar o último andar; e não comportar hóspedes. A tv com poucos canais, e os que tinham não pegava direito, caia sempre o sinal! Funcionários muito gentis e prestativos. Café da manhã ok! No mais, vale a pena para 1 ou 2 dias, para passar a semana não acho tão legal!
