The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for full breakfast: from approximately BRL 45 per person
• Covered self-parking fee: BRL 10.00 per day

This property is managed by a professional host. The provision of housing is linked to their trade, business or profession. This property accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, debit cards and cash. For guests' safety, the property includes a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system, a first aid kit and window guards in all accommodation. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative PCR COVID-19 test result, or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 12 and over, and the test must have been administered no more than 72 hours prior to check-in. COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 12 and over; guests must have received complete vaccination at least 14 days prior to check-in.

• At check-in, parents or a legal guardian travelling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with a photo (for example, a passport). For international travels to Brazil, if only one of the parents is travelling with the child, the parent must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorising the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorisation, a judicial authorisation is required. People intending to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate prior to travelling for more information.
