Nice hotel right on the beach
Incredibly beautiful beaches at the footstep. Nice room and brand new hotel. Access is not good as some unsealed roads to get to it. Breakfast is ok but the restaurant needs to be improved significantly.

Hotel precisa de muitas melhorias
O quarto pelas fotos é bem bonito. De fato, é bastante espaçoso. A unica coisa que salva o hotel é a area comum da piscina e a sacada do quarto. Elevador com luzes quebradas, corredor com a luz que apaga antes de conseguir abrir o quarto, lençóis finos e tudo com aspecto de abandonado. A limpeza deixou a desejar, fiquei menos tempo do que paguei pois a experiência realmente deixou muito a desejar.

Ocorreu tudo bem, o Hotel é otimo mas o efetivo de pessoal que presta serviço no Restaurante e no bar da piscina é insuficiente para atender a demanda e precisa de treinamento no tocante a limpeza das mesas do café da manhã. Os pedidos de alimentação demoram a chegar.

Acredito que esteja faltando gestão no hotel, pois hóspedes e/oumoradores colocam seus aparelhos de som em alto volume na piscina durante a noite incomodando aqueles que foram descansar, se desligar um pouco da rotina, das coisas do dia a dia. A administração não enxerga que isso afasta os turistas e que com isso a receita pode cair significativamente prejudicando a renda do estabelecimento.

Primeiro dia ruim e demais dias maravilhosos.
Reservamos 3 diárias no apartamento suíte em que as fotos disponibilizadas no site hoteis.com eram frente mar, entretanto, ao chegarmos na quinta-feira fomos acomodados em uma suíte lateral mar com vista para uma rua de barro e pouca possibilidade de enxergar o mar, pois tinham muitos coqueiros na frente. Ao questionar a recepção, nos foi concedida a possibilidade de ficar em um apertamento no primeiro andar onde a vista principal era dos fundos de uma casa, estando o mar bem depois. Em suma, a expectativa foi gerada na hora em que fizemos a reserva e escolhemos o quarto em que a vista era frente mar. Somente no dia seguinte, após contatos com a recepção e gerência, foi liberado o apartamento acordado no ato da reserva pela internet. Houve transtorno apenas no primeiro dia, porém os demais dias foram maravilhosos. Adoramos e pretendemos voltar, dessa vez, ligaremos antes para o hotel para garantir que não teremos surpresas desagradáveis.

O hotel é novo, quarto limpo e grande. Porém não tem Wi-Fi, eles dizem q sim, mas n pega. O hotel n tem bar/cozinha própria, é terceirizado, e o atendimento é péssimo. Foram confusos todos os dias na entrega do café da manhã. O q deveria ser mto bom, já q n tem estrutura aos redores.

Hotel bom, mas peca em servicos. A sensação era como se estivesse num flat e não em um hotel. A praia é linda e em poucos minutos de caminhada na praia chega-se a praia de coqueirinhos, em que tem bares e restaurantes. A suporte da cidade é muito fraco. Se quiser comprar uma lembrancinha talvez tenha que ir até a capital.

Quartos amplos de frente para o mar
Os quartos são amplos e muitos tem vista para o mar. A praia é praticamente deserta. Não há estrutura alguma na praia. Senti falta de guarda sol e cadeira para sentar na praia. O hotel não fornece. A piscina é agradável. Lugar bom para crianças também. Achei que o serviço da parte de restaurante deixa a desejar. Em 7 dias não teve queijo de coalho e a carne de sol faltou por duas vezes.

Excelente escolha!
Localização privilegiada, local lindo e tranquilo. O staff do hotel é extremante atencioso e educado. Café da manhã variado e saboroso. Super recomendo o hotel. A praia de Tabatinga fica aproximadamente 50mins do aeroporto de João Pessoa. Se pretende explorar as praias do litoral sul, o lugar pra se hospedar é esse! Boa viagem!
