A cute caravan with a beautiful view and a lovely creek. There's a queen bed and dining table in the caravan and an outdoor kitchen/bathroom with a portable toilet. This rustic accommodation would suit those who like camping but don't want the hassle of setting up a tent.
The caravan has a queen bed only, however if you would like to bring sleeping mats you may be able to fit children in the dining area. Please note this would be a very tight squeeze. Alternatively you could set up a tent for additional guests.
The caravan is equipped with a portable fridge and power station for the portable fridge, charging phones and running lights etc. I will recharge the power station daily but please note this is technically unpowered and suited to those who are happy with just the basics.
Pet friendly, private acreage that can be enjoyed off-leash! No size or number limit on pets, even horses are welcome. Please note the fencing will hold horses but not dogs, therefore guests are responsible for ensuring their dogs are kept safe.
This is a farmstay so while the land is beautiful, it's not manicured. The neighbouring cows help maintain the grass so there are cow pats throughout. It is possible to restrict the cows from entering the land during your stay if you wish, I just need to be notified in advance to ensure boundaries are shut. Alternatively, if you want the "farm" experience you may enjoy the sunset with a few bovine friends.
No wifi/TV available so it would suit those wanting to disconnect and experience nature. You will enjoy a stunning display of stars on clear nights. Apparently the area is known for its view of the Milky Way and for that reason they're building an Observatory in nearby Mallanganee.
Along the edge of the land is a beautiful creek that constantly changes with the weather. There is a 'swimming hole' in the creek that offers a deeper spot for humans to cool off. However this too changes depending on rainfall so I cannot guarantee you'll be able to "swim". Otherwise the creek tends to be only a few inches deep, perfect for dogs to play in! Please note there is no fencing along half the creek and therefore it is the guests responsibility to ensure children are supervised and kept safe from the water of they chose to stay on the land.
There is an abundance of wildlife including birds, fox, rabbits, ducks, minor lizards, snakes and more! There's also bugs and insects aplenty! The caravan is screened but if you're not a fan of creepy crawlers and wildlife please consider if this is the right accommodation for you.
This land borders the tiny village so it is possible you'll hear neighbourhood noise such as children playing, rooster crowing and dogs barking.
