Reasonable stay. Very visible decline in overall care and anticipation of customer needs. Restaurant was very poor in terms of service - we went out as we stood and stood and stood - with no attention until we awakes in ourselves. Breakfast service was brilliant though!

Location of hotel is very good, got an early check in which was great, plenty of parking underground and room nice size. However the aircon was not working when i checked in and although it was repaired after i complained, it did not blow cold air rather a mixture of cold and warm. The tub chair in the room had one leg bent so if you get up from it, it falls over and the coffee table which is attached to the dressing table wa tilting and thus not level.
