It was late when we checked in, and we were exhausted. The room seemed fine, BUT after we’d changed into pajamas and were brushing our teeth, we found the sink didn’t drain AT ALL! At that point, getting dressed and changing rooms was just too much. We had to use the bathtub. Also, weird soot looking marks on bathroom door jam. How housekeeping missed these things is beyond me. Didn’t they clean the sink and see it didn’t drain?

I didn't like anything the room was filthy there were people running back and forth all night being loud right past my room door definitely not worth the amount charged

We've stayed at the Red Roof Inn for one night at the way from Montreal, QC to Charlotte, NC. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the highway. Pretty well maintained, looking good. The check in was fast and easy. In the room everything was pretty good, except the beds. We're four of us at two double beds. And it was pretty small for two people to sleep. Air conditioning with big under window unit was working. But the control of it was not easy, control panel has been damaged. And it was a bit noisy, periodically. At the morning we've asked for hair dryer at the office, and it was available. We've took some coffee in the office, took our breakfast and go further. By the price/quality it's 2-3 mark. If the price was lower, it could be perfect.

Place was a a cheap place to sleep with clean sheets. I was a bit concerned when I drove up to the place and it appeared that there were more then a few people that might be homeless people being housed there but no trouble from that. Got a good nights sleep and I’m satisfied

It’s a 9/10 the only thing I didn’t like is the bathroom was too small otherwise from that it’s great ….the room was clean and I enjoyed my stay…so I recommend this hotel to anyone

Bugs in bed. Talked to other people staying there and they also had bed bugs. So I asked for a refund on the night instead because I checked out at 7pm since I refused to sleep in a bed with bed bugs. I was told that since it was 7pm and not 6pm they refused any compensation. I basically should’ve found the bed bugs sooner. Yes another room was offered, but if I along with other guests all had bed bugs I can assume the new room would too.
