smoke alarm was too near to the bathroom so everytime after taking a shower it will trigger fire alarm and staff will call… plus every morning 5am got awoken by prayers… but overall clean and big room

Staff were very polite and welcoming. Service was excellent. Only thing is the area is not very convenient and there is a lot of traffic. Also the car park is a bit chaotic and takes a while to get a hang of it. Overall, a good stay. Thanks to all the staff who were unfailingly polite, smiling and helpful.

Spick and span property. Very clean and room is spacious. Swimming pool is small though and breakfast area can get quite chaotic during peak season. Very close to the CiQ, City Central and Komtar JBCC. However the road in front of Capri Fraser can get quite jam pack as cars utilize the roads to get to the CiQ; particularly during the evening period This is a shared space with the Capri Residence. Carparking space is ample for guests as well. The basement carpark is quite a maze. Room and bath is large sized and comfortable with a separate standing shower and bathtub. There is also a living area with 4 seater sofa. In the attached kitchen is an induction cooking hob, a microwave /oven mid-sized fridge. Overall, a very comfortable property to stay in. Only inconvenience is the construction taking place btw Capri and Komtar JBCC making it inconvenient to walk to the mall. The property does provide a one-way shuttle to drop off guests at the mall on hourly frequency.
