Beautiful open and spacious ranch home in country setting

This spacious ranch house has just been (as of Fall 2021) renovated with new appliances, flooring, paint, lighting etc. Which makes it a perfect for a family looking for a home away from home. Whether you are on vacation, a business trip, stationed nearby, or just need some time away, this could be the perfect fit for you.

There is a well-stocked kitchen that opens up into a spacious living room with beautiful natural light from the large front windows. The master bedroom has it own attached master bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom is perfect for the younger members of the family or a second couple! The main bathroom has a combo bath and shower.
Large open kitchen/living room area with sofa and loveseat for relaxing or can be used as an extra bed for that tag along person who is comfortable for that.
The breezeway/Fireplace room is large as well. With a desk at one end for your computer and business tasks. Chairs and Settee for visiting and games.

You are welcome to relax on the back patio and will have access to the large yard surrounding the house as well as garage and driveway parking. There is a patio in the back with furniture to relax as well as a gas grill for your meals. The house comes equipped with WiFi, heat/AC, washer and dryer.

It is conveniently located along Rt. 22 in Jonestown, PA, just off of I-81 and I-78 and within 1 hour driving distance of Hershey, Harrisburg, Lebanon, Lancaster, and Fort Indiantown Gap.

Beautiful and quiet home
This house was perfect for our family vacation at Hershey, Pa. Everything was clean and exactly as described. The only two things we were slightly surprised by was that there is no tv in either of the bedrooms and the curtains are very thin. Neither thing ruined our trip, we had a wonderful time.

Hershey getaway
We used this property as a home base while having a little family get away to Hershey park. The house is beautiful with plenty of space for everyone. We were 4 adults and 4 kids (10-15 years old). The house was close enough to Hershey that it wasn’t a big deal to drive over or back but far enough away to not be dealing with park prices. Absolutely would stay again

We stayed for a Lacrosse tournament with 3 moms and 3 girls and it worked perfectly and was so much more cost effective than a hotel. Your hosts are both generous and responsive! They left us little surprise and delights! So kind! We hope to stay next year too!

June Hershey Park Stay
Great property! We did two days at Hershey Park in 95+, weather. This property gave us a great place to be cool in the evening, make breakfast, take showers and be a family of six. The kids enjoyed the games, including the giant checkerboard and swing in the backyard. A close twenty minutes drive to Hershey Park was convenient too.

Sad reason for a pleasant stay
This is a lovely, welcoming home with plenty of room for family. We had no complaints at all. We were in PA for the funeral of a wonderful man, brother in law. Sad reason for a road trip but a lovely destination. We will def stay again if the opportunity arises.
