I thought it a bit strange when I read the notice that stated no one with an address within 50 miles of Joplin could check in. When I asked why the restriction, the clerk said it discouraged adulterers. Hmmmm. Seemed a bit odd.

Great stay!!! Pamela, at the front desk was friendly and thorough. I would definitely come back. The exterior of the building was older but okay, and the parking lot was a bit dirty.

Friendly and attentive staff. Room was quiet and clean, however, the room was really small. After checking in late afternoon, we went out for the evening. We returned around 10:00 to find the only available parking was a dimly lit area behind the motel. A little more lighting in the ā€œoverflowā€ parking area would have been nice.

Great location
Very convenient location with lots of eating options nearby. The desk clerks were friendly and professional. The facility and room appeared clean and my room smelled good, and Iā€™m have a picky nose. Donā€™t get me wrong- this hotel is a good place to sleep, so donā€™t expect bells and whistles. I will definitely stay here again when stopping in Joplin.
