House built on 1 hectare of land, large plot planted with trees and Provencal species, with views over the famous Luberon villages (Menerbes, Goult, Roussillon, Bonnieux), absolute peace and quiet, ideal for relaxing and rejuvenating with family and friends.
Outside: 10 x 5 swimming pool heated by a heat pump coupled with a solar system, large 130 m2 Menerbes stone beach and 40 m2 deck, sun loungers, 24 m2 pool house with kitchenette, shower and lounge area sheltered from the sun for hot summer days or sunset aperitifs, 11x5 boules pitch with furniture to accommodate supporters of the players , orchards with 10 varieties of fruit trees ( pear, quince, plum, apricot, peach, mirabelle, plum, cherry, walnut, apple ) numerous terraces to enjoy different times of the day, including a covered terrace, 23 vines (8 varieties), 20 olive trees, 5 almond and 5 fig trees, a herb patch..... unobstructed view of the Luberon mountains, very quiet setting, no nuisance, south-facing, in the heart of the Petit Luberon, view of Roussillon, Bonnieux, Lacoste...
Interiors: The house has 6 bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms) with 180cm beds, 3 bedrooms with 90cm beds (or possibility of 180cm beds), 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds and 2 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms are on the ground floor and open directly onto a terrace overlooking the garden, while the 5th and 6th are on the 1st floor and offer views of the Petit Luberon mountains and the valley.
All 6 bedrooms are air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning).
The kitchen opens onto the living room, and is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, ceiling-mounted extractor fan, plenty of crockery to set pretty tables ....).
The living room has a large table that can seat 12 people if you prefer to dine indoors, and the sitting area with its 2 large sofas and armchairs can also accommodate the whole tribe for a drink, a chat or a book....The small sitting room has a sofa and a piano for practicing scales or enchanting the house, and the mezzanine lounge is equipped with 2 large armchair sofas, a TV and a library with games and books.
Adjoining the kitchen is a large 35 m2 covered terrace with teak furniture, where you can enjoy your meals sheltered from the sun. A Weber wood BBQ and an electric plancha complete the terrace's equipment.

Fabulous stay in a beautiful villa
The property was everything we hoped for - beautifully decorated, spacious and well-equipped. The highlight is undoubtedly the terrace - looking out over the Luberon hills, watching them change colour as the sun went down was like a slice of heaven. Isabelle was an excellent host, providing plenty of information beforehand and being very responsive to any requests that we made. Joucas is a pretty little village, while Gordes and Roussillon are only a short drive away. For cycling enthusiasts, the roads and climbs in the immediate area are excellent and Mt Ventoux and the fabulous Gorge de la Nesque are also within range. Highly recommended!

Perfection!
Our family, 7 adults and 5 children, stayed at this beautiful house the last week of May. The house has everything you could possibly need—the kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was comfortable, and the heated swimming pool was fantastic! (The pool could have been a little warmer—the children were cold). There are several places to dine both inside and outside the house. We took advantage of the views, which are stunning! The location is excellent for day tripping to the wonderful villages. Our group ranged from ages 3 to 73 and it was perfect for our large group. Isabelle, the hostess, made everything super easy—she was responsive to my emails before and during the trip and made check in and check out seamless. She also supplied information about the region which was helpful.

Amazing!
Incredible property and perfect for our family get away. The property was really well furnished and had everything we needed, with even a fridge and coffee machine by the pool. It's a wonderfully quiet location and not at all overlooked. It was very hot whilst we were out there, but there is aircon in the main living / kitchen area and also all the bedrooms, which works a dream and is quiet. There's a restaurant a 5 minute walk up the road which was also amazing. The host is helpful and responsive. Joucas is beautiful. In fact, we wanted to stay!

Even more beautiful than pictures!
We absolutely loved our stay. The house and property are beautiful! Perfect location. We have visited Gordes, Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, Les Baux. We saw lavender fields near Sault - which was fantastic! House is nicely decorated. Comfortable beds! Very spatious kitchen. Pool is big and comfortable - we used it every day. A few things that can be improved. In the kitchen there are not enough good frying pans, but plenty of everything else. It would be nice to have pool towels (currently not provided). We stayed in July when it was really hot - would be good to have air conditioning in all bedrooms (currently in 3 out of 5 bedrooms). Otherwise we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Très chouette maison
La maison est très, très confortable et spacieuse, et très bien fourni en vaisselle. On a apprécié que tous les lits étaient fait avant notre arrivée. Malheureusement, il y a beaucoup de dalles extérieures qui sont décollées et très dangereux. J’avais lu dans des commentaires d’il y a quelques années que d’autres avaient déjà signalé ce problème. Aussi, malgré l’annonce que la piscine est chauffée, à notre arrivée la température de la piscine était à 19°. Quand on a signalé le problème, le mari d’Isabelle s’est gentiment déplacé et on a constaté que la pompe à chaleur était mis seulement à 19°. Malheureusement on a perdu 5 jours sur les 2 semaines où l’eau était juste trop froide. Mais à part ces deux bémols, on a très bien profité de notre séjour et je recommande vivement la belle maison géré par Isabelle.

Een supermooi huis op een prachtige locatie!
Gewoon alles was mooi: de indrukwekkende oprijlaan, het smaakvol ingerichte huis waarin je je gelijk thuis voelt, de zeer compleet uitgeruste keuken, de slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden en de badkamers. En dan de heerlijke grote tuin met een uitzicht zo mooi....dat kan je haast niet beschrijven dat moet je zelf gezien hebben! We hebben er een week doorgebracht met grootouders, kinderen en kleinkinderen in de leeftijd van 13 - 75 jaar en iedereen heeft van deze vakantie genoten. Naast dat het huis een mooi zwembad heeft en een jeu de boules baan waar we veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt is er ook in de omgeving veel moois te zien en te doen. Wij vonden een tocht met gehuurde 2 CV's ('eenden') langs en door schattige dorpjes erg leuk om te doen. Maar ook de okergroeven in Roussillon en de Carrieres des Lumieres waren zeer de moeite waard. Kortom: zowel het supermooie huis als de schitterende omgeving en, niet te vergeten, de aardige eigenaren bevelen wij van harte aan! Jos en Tini de Groot uit Castricum

Belle maison avec une superbe vue
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette belle maison joliment décorée et très bien équipée, notamment pour la cuisine. Il est très appréciable de pouvoir déjeuner sous le patio ou sur la terrasse en fonction du temps. Nous avons pu faire plusieurs belles randonnées accessibles en partant à pied de la maison.

Beautiful house with a gorgeous view
It was a great spontaneous holiday in the beautiful spring landscape of Provence. The house has everything for a relaxing stay with the family. We have been there with the grandparents and three children and all of them enjoyed the place a lot, the pool, the great garden, the piano, the boule, table tennis, fireplace.. there is this very nice shop in walking distance where you can by fresh baguette and croissants and cheese…, and also a very nice restaurant just around the corner. And all the nice villages around. Thanks a lot Isabelle for sharing this wonderful place with us!!!

Une super semaine dans une belle demeure à Joucas !
Merci Isabelle pour les indications avant notre arrivée et sa disponibilité quand on en a eu besoin. Très jolie maison au cœur du Luberon, idéale pour visiter Gordes et les autres villages de la région, faire de belles balades dans le parc du Lubéron. Nous avons profité des extérieurs et du terrain de pétanque, la piscine était malheureusement froide à cause du mistral.

Lubéron magnifique, mas imposant bien équipé et décoré mais propreté succincte, salle de bains pas nettoyée à fond ( poils,...)vétusté de la terrasse: de nombreuses dalles décollées dangereuses, piscine vétuste, pool house non propre, sol aspiré mais non nettoyé, crasse autour des poignées de porte.

La maison est formidable, spacieuse, très bien équipée ( barbecue, plancha, appareil à crêpe) au calme et décorée avec gout ( pierre au sol, linge de qualité). la vue est formidable digne d'une carte postale. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. La promenade jusqu'au village de Joucas pour aller chercher le pain à travers la garigue est magique. Les magnifiques villages sont proches de la maison ( Joucas, Roussillon, Gordes, Ménerbes,), ce qui nous a permis de faire de belles escapades. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner!

Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus, mit fantastischer Lage und traumhaften Ausblick
Wir hatten mit Familie und Freunden zwei wunderbare Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Das Objekt liegt etwas oberhalb von Joucas auf einem großen Privatgrundstück. Genaugenommen ist es ein Haupthaus und ein Nebengebäude, die durch eine überdachte Terrasse verbunden sind. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die meisten Räume sind vor kurzem renoviert worden und machen einen sehr guten Eindruck. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön eingerichtet, die Betten bequem und von guter Qualität. Besonders erfreulich ist jedoch, dass alle Schlafzimmer über eine Klimaanlage verfügen, was insbesondere im Sommer sehr angenehm ist. Der Außenbereich wurde vor kurzem neu angelegt und ist äußerst ansprechend gestaltet worden. Der absolute Höhepunkt ist jedoch die Lage und der Blick über den Luberon. Dieser ist einfach fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Isabelle war schnell, kompetent und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank, dass wir zwei so schöne Wochen hier verbringen durften!

FABULEUX séjour
Une bien jolie maison au calme avec une vue imprenable. Une décoration soignée et appréciée, des équipements intérieurs et extérieurs de qualité, tout comme la literie (important quand on y séjourne 3 semaines !), rien n est laissé au hasard. On ne manque ABSOLUMENT de rien, les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la machine à gaufres et paninis !! L’extérieur est magique, de nombreux espaces pour se reposer, prendre l apéritif et dîner. Un petit plaisir d aller cueillir les tomates cerise dans le jardin aromatique. Et quel bonheur cette pool house et la piscine avec ses nombreux transats, un vrai havre de paix. Merci Isabelle pour l’accueil, vos recommandations et votre excellente communication. Votre maison est vraiment splendide, on quitte les lieux des étoiles dans les yeux.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette charmante maison de Joucas. Beaucoup d’espace, chambres agréables et confortables, air conditionné partout, tout l’équipement nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. La région est magnifique, les villages de Joucas et Gordes sont super mignons. Plein d’activités à faire dans les alentours avec les enfants (kayak sur l’Isle sur la Sorgue, accro-branches, petits marchés provençaux...)

Beautiful house with stunning views
This very generously and tastefully restored and furnished house is the perfect location to enjoy and explore la Provence. It offers spectacular views and is perfectly designed to enjoy your vacation with friends and family, yet it offers enough areas in the lovely gardens to retreat and relax. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped. It is a lovely house and we will definitely come back.
