Wonderful weekend away in the woods!
It’s always nice to getaway from the city. The drive through the winding hills and the small towns was idyllic Americana. So many opportunities to try the apple cider or talk with local farmers.
The cabin is tucked into the hills in a sparsely populated wooden hillside. Peace, tranquility, and nature surrounding you as you gaze from the porch and drink some coffee. You’ll hear turkeys, woodpeckers, and other various woodland creatures stirring through the scenery. The turkeys and peacocks spend the dark hours in the trees around the cabin. So close to the window, it feels like you can almost touch them. Bbq, fire pit, or just sit on a log and take in your escape.
Inside you’ll find a forest cabin vibe with quilts, wooden decor, and comfort all day long. This cabin boasts a large kitchen and dining table with plenty of appliances and cookware to suit your culinary needs. I was a huge fan of the stained glass window in the bathroom. It really brought a level of class and elegance to the already stunning property. Inside the bedroom you’ll find a very comfortable bed (not too soft and not too firm) that Goldilocks would sleep soundly in. Don’t worry about entertainment, they got a tv with plenty of movie choices for all genres and ages.
Overall, if you are looking for a woodland weekend away, or longer, book this now. Bonus..pet friendly!! We will definitely come back again and again.
