Nice
Good spot for short stays. Check-in /out was quick and easy. Getting to our uncovered parking spot was no problem in our Subaru Crosstrek, but due to the massive amounts of snow the area has gotten this season, the path to our spot was a bit narrower than what's probably usual. Larger/longer vehicles may have trouble getting in and out of it. No complaints, would stay here again!

Nice cozy forest condo
Condo was basic but clean, comfy, warm, and well-located. Property manager responded promptly when we needed help with check-in. Only note was that we could have used.a few more towels.

Better hope you don’t have an emergency
The hot water heater was out when we got there. It was 30-40 degrees outside. Called and left a message on the emergency phone and left a message via the app. I finally got a response at 9:00 am the next morning via email. This part of the experience overshadowed anything good I had to say.

Slumlord
BBQ almost unusable, bathtub slow to drain, all patio chairs broken, refrigerator should open other direction, only one teaspoon in silverware draw, drawer insert broken and dirty, no broom, no bedside lamp or dresser in 2nd bedroom, bedding on twin beds slippery and fell off bed everytime I turned, needs painted, Closets full of junk, no kleenex or paper towels, no sugar or cream for coffee, the chairs at kitchen table only fit if no people sitting on them. Plugs should have 4 prong extension outlets, not enough plugs for phones/computers.

Great location for Yosemite and Mono Lake
Our family stayed at June Lake for a July 4th trip to Tuolumne Meadows in the Eastern part of Yosemite. The condo was clean and comfortable. The area is quiet, and you have your own entrance from an exterior staircase. Check in and check out were easy, and the management was responsive to calls. The condo is close to June Lake, and the area was beautiful and safe. T-Mobile cell signal works for calls and text but not data, for those who need to know, but the condo's wifi worked well. We'd definitely stay here again.

Nice "Home Base" to Explore the Area
Overall, a nice place! TVs everywhere, lol, so the kids loved it (sigh). Water warms up really quickly. Just a couple loose hinges in the kitchen cabinets, otherwise great and we'd recommend this condo to anyone. :-)

Quiet and Peaceful Location facing a small stream
This was an ideal location for us to explore the Eastern/Tioga Pass section of Yosemite. The kitchen facilities were fine, and even though it was a warm time of year, the property stayed comfortable and cooled off nicely at night. Bring your own matches if you want to use the grill. Incredibly peaceful place to have a drink along the small stream in the late afternoons!

Condo needs heaters
The property was decent and the location is great! The issue is that both upstairs space heaters do not work. It was freezing upstairs. The main downstairs heater sounds like it's on its last leg. Twice I thought it actually died and was on the phone to call when it started back up. There's a nice stack of wood on the porch for the wood burning fireplace but it is left uncovered and was therefore wet from the snow. We tried everything to get it to burn but could not get it started and ended up the whole place just smelled of smoke. There's no dishwasher or washing machine and dryer. The cabin had plenty of toilet paper and paper towels which was nice, but there were no clean, new sponges or anything to hand clean the dishes which was a problem since there's no dishwasher. Bring enough duplicates of snow wear because you won't be able to wash and dry any wet clothes. There were only 6 small, thin bath towels provided. That left our family with only one towel per person for the entire trip. We definitely needed more towels.

June Lake
I didn't rate it a five because the listing says House and it's a Condo. Very peaceful surroundings. It could use a new wood burner and a brush to clean the BBQ. If there was a broom there, I would cleaned the porches and cobwebs outside. It is very comfortable but really needs paint inside. I would stay here again, for sure.

Long weekened in June Lake
Townhouse located near Reverse Creek and. Fern Creek. Comfortable beds and appliances in kitchen in good working order. No coffee filters in unit, but property manager gave us some. Unit did smell of smoke from the fireplace, especially nearby the fireplace. Other than minor compliants, good unit.

Nice Location
We were on an anniversary trip and stayed over at this property one night. The neighborhood and setting, including the small live creek out back were very nice. The nearby hamlet of June Lake is a really nice plus as well. This is a managed property, i.e., no communication with the owner, etc., and we weren't able to get responses via email - we discovered on the day of our stay that the best bet is to call the management office for keys, access, etc. We were a little surprised that this was a condo, not a house, but that may be due to terminology provided by the VRBO website, not sure. It is adjoined to an identical unit, but it was unoccupied while we were there. The condo needs some updating, in that the screen doors were worn out and couldn't lock, and it could use a fresh coat of paint. However, overall for a one-night stay it worked ok for us. Make sure if you plan to have meals there that you bring EVERYTHING. While there are plenty of kitchen plates, cups, utensils, pots/pans, etc., there was not anything there insofar as normal kitchen essentials such as coffee filters, foil, plastic wrap, etc. Most disappointing was that there was not a working coffee pot in the house. We mentioned this important item to management when we checked out, and they indicated they would remedy that problem. Overall, not a bad place to stay, for sure if just an overnighter. It is very close to the east entrance of Yosemite, which was our destination, and the little town of June Lake is very cool.
