C'est la sixième fois que j'y vais je n'y retournerais plus toujours des suppléments ,presque plus de personnel ont vous donnes la clef de la chambre et débrouillez vous a trouver la chambre et les bagages .Devant des places pour poser les bagages ou des voitures stationne mêmes la nuit ont fais fais plus la chambre vous change pas les serviette le covie a bon dos quand je vois les autres hôtels moins luxueux est moins chers faire les chambres .je suis vraiment déçu car le centre est beau et me plais beaucoup .(photo de couloir ou pendant le covie c'est rester plus d'une journée !

Nice enough hotel but compared with others with lesser star ratings not as good. Food overpriced and over zealous with C/19 viris to the extent that it was used as an excuse not to clean our room, change the towels or make the bed. other hotels we used during our stay cleaned everyday.

Odd hotel. Very nice grounds with golf course, swimming pool and spa. Restaurant was good, modern French cuisine and breakfast had a wide choice. The let down was the room. Could do with a bit of TLC, carpet was stained (looked like bleach) and the bed had a plastic cover under the sheet. Not what you would expect from a potentially romantic spa hotel. On the plus side the bathroom was modern, lovely shower and the room was very quiet with a comfortable bed.

Beautiful hotel in French countryside
I found the Vichy Thermalia Spa Hotel when traveling to Montpellier for work. The hotel is in Juvignac, just outside Montpellier, easy to access the tram into town. Golf course is beautiful, walking trails, spa facilities are wonderful. Hotel staff incredibly helpful. Restaurant is excellent. Highly recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel with beautiful indoor pool and spacious rooms. Staff were all helpful and the breakfast was very good. Times for lunch and dinner are limited and the nearest town has few nice options. That said the quality and presentation of the food, including room service was excellent. Spa services were excellent as well. The hotel was a nice stop to relax and recharge on a trip through southern France Bob G.

The hotel staff are friendly, but not particularly attentive--the front desk staff didn't check what was included in our reservation, so we had to ask for spa robes and to have the extra charge for breakfast removed from the bill. In other words, it's up to you to get what you paid for, and check the bill at checkout. We both speak/read French so that undoubtedly improved our ability to deal with the situation...I would like to think they weren't trying to take advantage of the English Canadian tourists. The rooms are immaculate. The beds are on the firm side, which was fine, but the sheets were incredibly rough, which I found surprising. I've never slept in a hotel with such scratchy sheets--especially not at a 4 star! The spa is quite nice. It's not the hotel's fault that we had to deal with two screaming 20 year olds playfighting in the hammam, though it would've been nice if someone had come in and reminded them of spa etiquette. Make sure you book spa treatments in advance if you really want them, but they are good about finding time slots that work for you. The restaurant is excellent, from the food to the service, and since there's very little else in the area I recommend eating there.
