Upstairs: large landing (sofa bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed, baby bed) with private bathroom and toilet, 1 bedroom (2 single beds) with private shower room and toilet.
Basement with garage. 1600 m² enclosed garden with terrace. Children's playhouse with slide. Central vacuum system and dual-flow ventilation. In the heart of the small village of Saint-Denis-de-Villenette, the owners built this magnificent house entirely by hand using stone salvaged from a barn.
