The hotel was very clean. The staff very polite and easy to work with. Very convenient, it had access to the lobby from the train station. Even the toilets were heated. Liked that you helped your self to you toiletries,coffee etc. had a laundry room.

The hotel was clean and excellent. The front desk staffs were very accommodating and friendly. Convenient to get on the subway or Shinkansen. Shopping for Kagoshima souvenir is right downstairs so it was nice to look around. the hotel was very quiet so we were able to relax and rest peacefully. Would definitely come back

Very new hotel and the hotel reception is inside the station just after passing through the gate. All major stores are located in the station which is very convenient.

Classy hotel with excellent location
Love this hotel which is located right within the JR station. So convenient especially when you have a very early train to catch. Hotel looks new and tastefully furnished and I like that there is a dedicated floor for female guests. Will stay at this hotel again and recommend to others.
