This historic, special place is central to Kaikoura's shops and cafe's. It's a very welcoming home for families and friends visiting Kaikoura. The 3 bedrooms offer plenty of space, filled with natural light. It also has a sleep out cabin with a double bed, bathroom. A fire place and heat pump to keep you cozy in winter and french doors off the open plan kitchen, dining, lounge to open during summer. Brake away
Lovely peaceful stay, yes you can hear road noise but it didn't bother us. The house is just lovely. Loved how close it was to town, and beach so nice not to have to drive anywhere. Would definitely stay stay here again.

Lovely cottage but on noisy main road
The cottage is beautifully appointed and spacious. The outdoor area is pleasant & secure, but lacks grass/lawn & outdoor furniture. The location is very convenient for town & the beach, but it is very noisy being on the main road - trucks thunder past all through the night, making for disturbed sleep.

unbeatable location and ambience
this house is an easy stroll to the town center and beach. it is a gorgeous dwelling that is tastefully decorated and aesthetically pleasing. property manager was very helpful and came by the place within minutes to help troubleshoot how to get the stove on. hope we get a chance to return in the future.
