Whether you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life or simply need a base to explore the beautiful Far North we would like to offer you our humble little abode ‘THE BACH’. Relaxed environment overlooking the harbor still awaiting some cosmetic touches however fully functional, self contained with 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom and offering sleeping arrangements for up to five people.

Located centrally with under 30kms to both Kaitaia and Pukenui townships and only a short 4kms from the crystal clear waters and white sands of stunning East Beach, an aquatic playground for all to enjoy.

Fantastic Place to Stay!
We loved our stay. Such a cosy and very comfortable bach with everything we needed. So peaceful and picturesque, staying on a farm property, with beautiful views of the sea. The hosts are great - very welcoming, helpful and friendly - they made us feel at home and went above & beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Awesome kiwi hospitality! We had a wonderful stay. Great location with easy access to all the main sites in the Far North. Swimming beach nearby. Lovely house with everything you need. Tranquil rural setting and super friendly host. Felt good to be away from it all for a couple of days.

Such a cute little place in a great location!
We loved staying here. The location was great, nice and peaceful with some lovely beaches nearby. Only a short drive away from shops with some easy dinner options. The bach was clean and tidy and the beds were nice and comfy. If we're up this way in the future, we'll definitely stay here again!

We loved the rooms , decorated well like we were at home. It was beautiful better than motel we have stayed in . Bit of problems stepping from kitchen door to lounge where the old door was keep getting hurt kids complaining about also no lock on toilet or bathroom doors. Other wise perfect.

Perfect little paradise away from home yet have all basic utensils in the kitchen. Loved star gazing as it’s pitch dark, played jenga with kids. Perfect spot for someone who wants to experience rural life. Host were friendly.
