Very dirty carpet. No AC on when checking in so the room was very hot and smelled awful. The AC was not able to cool the room. It would shut off after a couple of hours even if continuous fan, high, cool, etc. Were selected. The sink and tub drains were clogged so there was always a backup when using. The pull out couch was in terrible condition with a very unsatisfactory mattress. There was an RV somewhat permanently parked in the back lot with a staff member who seemed to live in it. All staff encountered were unfriendly. The hotel was pet friendly online but upon arrival was told they only had certain rooms that were pet friendly and they wanted to charge me $150 fee for not specifying the room I wanted and $160 fee for the pets for my stay. This would have made a 2 night stay in a complete dump $700 plus tax. We left without staying the second night.

Avoid at all costs
We booked a jacuzzi tub room for Friday night Memorial Day weekend. When we got there we tried to use the tub and it spit out brown water much like you would expect from a pond. The refrigerator in the room was completely frozen solid and was defrosting and dripping on the carpet. Since we were charged a $50 security deposit for any damages, I immediately called for custodial services. They told me there wasn't anything that could do about the jacuzzi tub that the only other tub in the building was occupied. They didn't do anything about the defrosting refrigerator other than Jam some towels in front of it. The next morning I found some of my clothing wet that was near the refrigerator that had stopped up the leak. I have photos of the brown water and the Frozen refrigerator. This app is not allowing me to upload any photos, but trust me it's real! Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Sitting somewhat away from the main street it is quiet with an absence of road noise. It is an older motel with some shabbiness in the hall carpeting and room chairs, but the room itself was clean. The breakfast offering was above average, fresh fruit; the eggs, sausage, and sausage gravy were well prepared and warm, several kinds of juice and blends of coffee. The pool looked inviting but was closed.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times. I tend to like Best Western because of their cleanliness, friendly staff and decent breakfast. This stay didn’t disappoint it was great as always. The lady in charge of breakfast was a super sweet nice lady.

When we checked in, it took a few ‘dings’ to get the person’s attention because they were on a personal call in the back. When they finally came to the front, there was no hello or anything. They seemed annoyed that they had to check us in. Pool was broken and closed. The room’s carpet had holes from being worn down as well as the chair in the room. Had to get new bedding on one of the beds because there was black marker or something all over it.

The staff were super friendly to us. The only issue I had was the cleanliness of the room. There was dirt on the bed skirt sheet and a blue stain on the second bed. Overall, it was not an awful place to stay for the night.
