Our deluxe 2 bedroom villas are self-contained standalone 2 storey townhouses. With no other guest living above you the villa is perfect for smaller families or couples, offering a spacious and relaxing 'home away from home' holiday - Unit 6 has 2 bedrooms (1 x King bed & 2 x  Singles)  and 1 bathroom upstairs plus a second separate toilet downstairs.

Downstairs the villa has a modern kitchen with premium stainless steel appliances + a Nespresso coffee machine some pods are provided on arrival along with a few various Tea & sugar. The laundry has a front load washing machine & dryer and a second separate toilet. The open plan lounge kitchen and dining area has a television, blue ray DVD player and Bluetooth stereo.
Upstairs has the Main bedroom with a King bed and second bedroom with 2 single beds also has the main bathroom. There is also an open sitting room with an additional lounge, smaller television and DVD player.

Our Accommodation also offers you air conditioning in both of the bedrooms and living area, a small back patio with outdoor setting & BBQ in your own courtyard with clothes line and your own 1 car undercover parking bay. 

Blue Ocean Villas are ideally situated in a complex of 7 villas with a shared beautiful Pool. Positioned just a stones throw from IGA, the beach and only a short walk to town centre, cafes, shops and restaurants.  WIFI and Foxtel are also available.

2. Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels.

3. Strictly a NO pet property.

4. ALL our properties are fully self contained.

5. Our properties are not serviced please bring your own toilet paper and consumables, thank you.

6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town.

7. NO smoking inside our properties.

8. No Schoolies Accepted

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.
