Nestled in the heart of coastal charm, our holiday villa invites you to relax & unwind with full Pool Views & some ocean glimpses up stairs, 2 Storey Villa with 3 Bedroom inc 1 x Queen, 2 x Singles + 2 Singles. 1 Bathroom, 2 Toilets. This is your ticket to relaxation for up to 6 guests.
All bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. Main bedroom has Queen bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have two single beds in each & also have ceiling fans & a wardrobe . Bathroom has a shower /tub combo & toilet.
All lounge, kitchen and dining areas are downstairs & are an open plan along with the laundry which has a auto top loader washing machine, iron, ironing board and the second toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped & has all you will need including a 4 burner electric stove top and electric wall oven.
The front smaller patio area also gives you some ocean views and full pool views.
Your own two bay Carport and clothes line are situated at the back of the villa.
You will still see the magnificent Sunsets from this back villa.

Dive into fun in our shared swimming pool, that is fully fenced for your peace of mind. And what's a beach getaway without a sizzling BBQ session? Fire up the grill in our communal area for some mouth-watering seaside dining under the stars.

With shops, pubs, restaurants, and playgrounds just a seashell's throw away, your coastal retreat is as convenient as it is idyllic.

**The ongoing repairs following Cyclone Seroja are still in progress within this complex. Certain units are currently undergoing maintenance, which means there will be workers present and operational noise during daylight hours.

2. Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach / pool towels.

3. Strictly a NO pet property.

5. Our properties are not serviced please bring your own toilet paper and consumables, thank you.

6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town.

7. NO smoking inside our properties.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean,
safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will
keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.
