The property was an old bank, evidence of old safety deposit boxes and fault doors. The enclosed courtyard was normally open to the elements, partial closed for shade in the afternoon. Premetto che per varie ragioni, visito almeno una quindicina di hotel all'anno, pertanto i miei metri di paragone sono abbastanza ampi. Il Palazzo è bellissimo e mozzafiato. La posizione è eccellente. Le camere sono pulitissime e spaziose. L'unico aspetto negativo è stato quando abbiamo richiesto una colazione anticipata (30 minuti prima dell'apertura della sala colazioni) a causa del nostro volo. La richiesta è stata accolta, il che è fantastico, ma la mattina seguente il personale sembrava poco contento della nostra scelta. Inoltre, per 15 euro a persona, avrebbero potuto almeno chiederci le nostre preferenze il giorno prima. Abbiamo persino dovuto chiedere il succo di frutta ad un cameriere che sembrava infastidito. Dato il costo da buffet, ci aspettavamo che ci portassero almeno un cornetto. È stata un'esperienza tristissima dato l'orario (6.30am) già triste di per sè. Consiglio: un sorriso in più è sempre ben accetto. Peccato.

The staff was outstanding! Would stay there again if we’re in the area. The things that we didn’t like were: The speaker in the bathroom was very annoying. Anytime you had the television on It was blaring in the bathroom. Bathtub was probably 6 inches taller than most bathtubs and very dangerous. There was a half wall for the shower portion, but it did not have a curtain so it was always water on the floor when you finished. The bathtub/shower was very dangerous and slippery. Actually my girlfriend fell the first day there getting out of the shower/bathtub very slippery floor in the tub and getting out of the tub on the marble floor. Also the bathtub drain needed to be cleaned because as you were showering, the water could run run out quick enough so you would be usually standing in 2 to 3 inches of water every time you took a shower. The breakfast area was unbelievable. The only negative was that the eggs even though we’re in a warmer they were always cold! The staff in the breakfast area were unbelievable. Also like to mention that the staff that made up the rooms were very friendly and did a very good job. We would stay there again.
