There was dog food kibbles under the dresser which my dog found and wanted to eat. The shower was not hot, just warm. The bathroom was old and dingy. The bed was very squeaky

I have pics as proof too. Saving as emailed their head office. There is significant blood on drapes and on roof so weirdly! Definitely some red stain! Can't be jam! Check in guy was a grump! I had to ask him to just he nice! This was so rare for me to do that! I had a good day going too up until then. Just taking the rest of the stay as is. Hot tub jets relaxed me though.
