Spacious and clean room, nice views, strong AC. Breakfast was decent. One of the side stairwells we used while looking for our room was a bit dirty and had a empty bottle of Smirnoff just lying on the stairs. Overall good value for the money spent.

Review of Riverland Inn and Suite I recently stayed at the Riverland Inn and Suite and had an overall pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the facility was impressive, and accessing our room was a breeze. The staff were great—friendly, helpful, and always available. The breakfast room was a bit of a mixed experience. While there was a good selection of food, the room was somewhat warm, and some of the peanut butter containers had popped open. Additionally, the layout was not ideal as the dishwasher was located in the same room as the queue line for the food, making it feel a bit crowded. It seemed like the breakfast room was an afterthought in terms of design. We happened to stay on the hottest day, which led to an amusing situation with river flies trying to come inside to cool off! Despite these minor issues, the stay was enjoyable overall. The combination of clean rooms, easy access, and great staff made it a worthwhile visit.

Lovely place to stay….Room was awesome with a beautiful view of the water from the balcony. Host was very accommodating with us wanting an early chock-in. Out back there is a nice patio area with bbq’s and tables. Lovely grassy area for sunbathing or to let the kids run around!

Located just outside city but close enough to pop in ( less tha 2 min). Excellent staff member helped carry my luggage upstairs to a beautiful cool room with a balony and stunning view. Swam in the clean pool by myself - its not large but enough to appreciate with the warm temperatures Definitely recommend this place and will be back.

When you check in there is a sign noting maple beetles were heavy in the area. Indeed they gross you out as they are in your room. Yes the sign on check in notes they are completely harmless but it really starts to gross you out when they are everywhere in your room. Pointless to get a balcony room because you open the door and 10 more try and fly in. The room wasn’t very clean as well. In the bathroom the walls haven’t been washed in awhile as you could see where the steam has rolled down the wall exposing all the dirt and grime. It’s very obvious I’m surprised it was missed. The common area outdoors is the only nice thing about this place! Flowers and newer tables and umbrellas. 3 bbqs not maintained. They have cobwebs and melted bbq brushes and bbq grills coated with a thick layers of food. Then you walk into indoor pool area and holy smokes. Don’t look around youll get extremely grossed out. The 3 days/ 2 nights we were there the same bandaids and gum were on the ground. They have propped the dirty windows open to ventilate it that are coated in cobwebs and dirt and sand. The pool is thankfully cold and refreshing and thankfully the kids didn’t notice how grotesque and dated this place was. Had to call both mornings for fresh towels yet it was 2 hours after it opened. So much potential but just dirty. Breakfast was good.
