very deceptive!
There was no host on arrival, which we knew. Though we arrived to a parking lot full of trash, not welcoming at all! Moreover the following morning there was no water available, thus no functioning toilets and showers!!

The idea of this property is pretty cool. But it completely misses the mark! The bath house was out of water! The heaters all had empty propane tanks! It dropped to 47 degrees and there was no heat or electricity. There is no staff on site. When another renter showed up their tent zipper was broken and no one returned their call so they left. Another tent completely collapsed. Itā€™s next to a highway so itā€™s noisy. I would not recommend this property to anyone!

This place needs 4*4 car to get to. No road available to the place. The hotel host only sent out the email on the day of checkin to let us know the road conditions. The tent is super dirty. We have stayed in other glamping places and this is nothing should be called as ylamping. It is not safe, dirty and unbelievable to even listed on this website.

We had tempered expectations before our stay based on several reviews we had read prior to our visit. We stayed at Wander Camp Bryce Canyon on Friday (9/20/24) and hereā€™s what we found. Surprisingly easy to find, you can literally see the tents from the main road. The turn off the road is pretty small but itā€™s the only one there. There is a small stream/trickle to drive over as you make your way to the actual parting lot. We had no issue at all in a 2WD Charger but I will say with a significant amount of rain prior to your visit it could be tricky. Check-in was fine as the host was right there when we pulled in. She brought us to our tent and provided us with an extra blanket. Most of the tents are clearly labeled but there were a couple that werenā€™t (including ours) so if you show up after the sun goes down or after the host has left it may be hard to find your tent. The King tent was slightly smaller than it appeared in the pictures but it was big enough, bed was plenty comfortable and blankets were warm. The communication was good as we received a text message early in the day letting us know which tent was ours, then we received an email giving us very specific instructions on how to find the property. Bathrooms were decent. Overall we loved our experience, my only regret was not bringing warmer clothes as it was considerably colder there than at Zion where we stayed for most of our trip. Remember youā€™re staying in a tent in the desert, donā€™t expect too much.

The attendant Teresa was friendly. The place was located convenient to many parks. The temperature was wonderful there at night. Beds comfortable. Our tent was worn with lots of dirt and the zippers not working. The paths to get from car to tent were horrible. The bathrooms were okay but dirty with so many people using them.

I was very disappointed with what the pictures show and what I found in person. This is far from any norm. It is not the first time I have rented a tent, but usually everything was there. Electricity, some light, heating. Unfortunately, nothing here. Our tent, as usual, was at the very end, about 300f from the bathrooms. Unlit, uneven, sandy road. Just to knock out teeth at night. The bathroom has nothing in common with what we see in the pictures. An ordinary barrack flooded, you can fall over from the water that flows in front of the shower, not to mention the toilets. This is a place without the owner's supervision. Everything is dirty and neglected. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Never again

The host was very welcoming as soon as we got there, and showed us to our tent. Although, when we checked in we had told her our tent number, and it was different than what we had booked. unfortunately it sounds like booking sites do this to her all of the time. We were ok with it but could be an issue if you have multiple people etc. The beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet at night.

I arrived without notice that flooding had washed out the access road . I received 1 email and text welcoming me to my stay. When I called the owner she didnā€™t want to refund me my $. She sent me to my booking agent to resolve the issue. I have yet to resolve it as Iā€™m away from home . I had to book and pay for emergency accommodation that night. Communication had to be better all around.

Decent Stay
We arrived really late so it was very dark and hard to find our tent. Although there were light paths, a map of the area would have been very helpful. Our tent (22) was way in the back of the property. Be aware that bugs (moth, beetle, grasshopper or mantis) will get inside your tent especially when you have the light on bright inside. They have a community picnic table and grill. Best part of the experience was waking up in tuned with nature and the bed is so comfortable! I shall say, our stay was pretty decent.
