We booked this hotel through Expedia as it stated it had 2 connecting rooms and when we arrived at the property they told us they did not have any connecting rooms in the entire hotel. We also were required to pay the hotel booking in full at the time of the booking and then in addition when we checked in the front desk lady said it was only for additional charges but charged my husbands credit card an additional $537. We then called Expedia which for whatever reason said this booking was through Vrbo but was made through my Expedia app. We explained that this was falsely advertised and they said they understood but they told us the property manager is the one who needs to issue our refund. When we talked to the property manager she said that she had us in the connecting room that morning but the other front desk lady told us they didn’t have any in the entire hotel. She also told us that Expedia is who needs to issue the refund and so when we called again they told us again that the property manager would need to refund us. Long story short we were supposed to be fully refunded for our booking besides one night charge and they told us this on Friday and no one has been issued a refund and they still have not issued my husbands refund on his card so currently we are being charged over $2000 to stay in one room for three nights that is about $171/night. This hotel also had a terrible smell in the lobby and the breakfast was not very good. Overall we are very upset.

Golf Weekend
Friends game into town for a golf tournament. Property was a perfect place for us to stay and rest comfortably in between rounds of golf on Saturday and Sunday. Would stay again.
